Great apartment size and facilities

Very small reception area bit staff did an amazing job with only one check in. Just was very slow with a large group.

no extra blankets available as it’s quiet cold and couldn’t find tv remote for rooms wish price was a slight bit more affordable would have loved to stay two nights not just one

for the price,? I would expect a lot more. no soap in the showers, no robes to wear, very little in the way of decent cups and glasses. there were stains in the carpet. the place could do with a decent clean

Great location, facilities, and comfy beds. Great large and sunny apartment for 3 women in our own rooms. The cafe downstairs is a great bonus and car parking is on site. This is the third time we have stayed here.

The place was quite tired. It may need a spruce up by repainting walls and skirting boards etc. There are nicks out of kitchen cupboards etc. The frying pan had the non-stick coating coming off. The salt and pepper shakers were grubby. There were only 2 mugs. The apartment on first opening the door brought a waft of a strong cleaning product smell. It was not that pleasant, but we opened the doors and it faded away after a while. Will stay again, its a good place for the price and so close to everything. We like the space to have three adults with their own rooms in one apartment, which is hard to find in Auckland. This is our third stay.

water dripping from balcony from a drain could use, linen kitchen, place suited for for a motel. with respect.

we had a huge apartment, clean and spacious with all amenities including washer and drier and a large terrace overlooking the park. a fantastic spot.

room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3pm. didnt know this until after entering the room, got told it would be ready in 15 minutes but there was no way it would have been. got given different room

Extremely spacious, room booked wasn’t ready when we arrived. we were upgraded to a two bedroom, which was great.

Breakfast had limited choice

Very spacious 3-bedroom suite, stylish furniture. Great view of Sky Tower from balcony and one of the bedrooms.

For this level of pricing, I still needed to pay 3% credit card surcharge which was very disappointing. Room cleaning is not daily unless requested and is done very late in the afternoon .

Handy to restaurants and waterfront. Nice deck and view of park. Good size shared space.

No coffee machine, two standard teabags, three TVs one remote?, no mirrors except in shared bathroom. Expensive parking. No in room book for wifi info, info re breakfast etc, which we then missed and shows on invoice despite being 'free' . It didn't look appetising anyway. Certainly nothing like the photos on the site. Noisy with at least two stag do's in the building. Only one small slow lift. $200 bond, why, there's no phones or minibar. Charge to pay with credit card but not for bond on credit card.

We loved the apartment like feel of the room. The view was amazing with very large floor to ceiling windows with a great balcony. We were grateful for a washer and dryer in the unit. The reception area was a little cafe too and very relaxed and lovely. The location was great!

The sofa was a bit worn out and not the most comfortable.

fab location

air conditioner didn’t work, tv channels were kids shows only. breakfast was muffins, cold quiche that was in a showcase the entire time. Reception was at the cafe with the receptionist having a personality of a wet fish. couldn’t help with directions to the via duct, or suggestions on where to visit.

We had a hens party but the staff were so professional, they allowed us to be loud and have our music on high pitch.

Really nice apartment - spacious and comfortable. It's good to have parking available in the building. Staff were friendly

No mirrors in any of the rooms - made it a bit tricky having 4 people trying to get ready. The parking system doesn't really work with people constantly parking in other people's spaces.

The staff were very accommodating. We had to come in a day earlier and had to stay in another apartment at this facility based on availability. The staff helped prep our apartment for the 2nd day early and were very accommodating. The washer, dryer and kitchen appliances were very helpful.

At night we were able to park on the street for free. During the day we used the Wilson parking garage (it was cheaper as it was the holiday season). If you need parking, be sure to reserve with the hotel. They only have 5 spots so last minute parking was not available. Recommend that the this location should get more spots for their customers. The kitchen had limited # of coffee cups and glasses. Recommend that that facility stock more.

good room, facilities and location

room description was not accurate e.g said sky tower view but no view of sky tower. staff under manned so took very long to check in. messaged staff if there was an opportunity for late checkout but they did not respond in time

there’s was rubbish on the floor when we arrived in our room and dining table was broken. couldn’t even use it.
