We loved it all!! It was the perfect location- the beach right in front

Great location at Half Moon Bay beach. Quiet, despite busy area. Ultra clean. Large, comfortable room included beautiful original artwork and handcrafted details. Accommodating staff. Juvelly, who worked in reception, was warm, welcoming and efficiently thorough in meeting all our needs. Great family stay!

I have stayed here and other hotels in West End before, this one is my favourite in this price category. Perfect location to all the bars, restaurants and the beach yet surprisingly quiet. The staff are very nice and helpful. Comfy beds, fridge in the room. They provide free beach chairs on request.

The breakfast menu could be a bit more varies for longer stays but it is not a deal breaker and I will definitely stay there again.

Only one key for the room.

The staff were excellent—very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is right off the beach and it’s easy to get a spot, especially when the staff will help you set up chairs and an umbrella that are free to rent. Free breakfast at the Crazy Bean restaurant next door is awesome. Many delicious options to choose from for breakfast and they also offer excellent rum cake and other treats. Service was always prompt and friendly. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to others for the value, quality, service, and location.

Wi-fi service could use some updates in terms of access.

Spacious room. Good breakfast. Free use of beach chairs. Friendly and helpful guard at front door.

They are constructing new rooms right next to ours, so there was some noise during the day, but it didn't bother us too much.
