Was given an Accessible room instead of my deluxe room. At first i thought it wont be a big problem so i unpacked and settled. However, it turned out it was extremely challenging to stay in an Accessible room for me. Sink was very small, open shower area made a pool in bathroom floor. No carpet all around the room means cant walk barefoot, very high toilet seat almost unusable. Bathroom mirror too low is unusable. In addition to that, room was missing a LOT of things that we had to call the reception and ask for (pillow, hair dryer, kettle, towels, slippers,)

- Close to most tourist places - Good morning buffet and morning staff

- Female staff at the pool and at reception always on their phone, the reception did help even though it is very unprofessional but the one in the pool area was too consumed by her phone that she didn’t even reply - night waiter were being rude because we order “ too much food” apparently - we paid for half board and the menu contained starters, main and dessert but if we ordered more than main course we would get weird stares by the waiter who took our order. He even asked us when we would leave and told us directly “ you ordered too much food” very rude attitude and unprofessional - the pictures of the hotel contains play area for kids, the play area had no toys and were one dark and dirty room - the pool area was very dirty looks like they never clean it… - We had option to order room service but they didnt understand anything on the phone so we had to get up to the restaurant every night to order dinner - the dessert on the menu was fruits… who eats fruit for dessert….? - our room had not been cleaned for 2 days so we called and asked if they could get it cleaned and give us some extra clean towels - they said yes but did not clean until the last day when we would leave in the morning anyway..

Loved it. Excellent modern facilities, fast Wifi.

Location is hard to find for cars - sometimes they come to the back so you have to go through the other entrance
