We loved the beachfront views from every room and easy access to the beach!! The place was very spacious allowing the family to not be on top each other. Every room had a great bed and tv. The enclosed patio was an added feature which was appreciated for our grandchildren when they were over visiting. I will definitely be staying here again

This is a wonderful location, and we have been staying here for many, many years. Everything was pretty much as expected, but the cleanliness factor was not up to par, and there were quite a few maintenance issues.

I loved the setup of the condo that where we stayed. I also loved how when I called for help or had a problem they tried to help and fixed the issue. Everyone that we meet was nice and friendly even the staff.

The condo was spacious and well equipped. It could use some updating, other than that everything was amazing!

I gave a rating of three because of the view. It was beautiful!!!!! However, the balcony did not have a handle and I was unable to get the door open. I had to use the master bedroom balcony to get to it. So everyone in the condo was constantly running in and out of my room. The master bedroom was well air-conditioned, but the other two bedrooms were so hot it was barely tolerable. A guest bedroom closet door and lamp was broken. I had to use plastic silverware because there was only one fork. The kitchen and bathrooms were very outdated. Bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking. The pans are old and scraped on the bottom.
If the owner’s fixed these problems, I’d stay here again. Otherwise the two hot and stuffing guest room are a deal breaker. It was horrible. The worse thing that happened was the elevators were broken so you had to carry all your beach items and luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The room was super nice, the beds was to hard and the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work called to get serviced and they said cable box was no good and was going to bring another one they never showed up again and we called first day and we stayed 5. Other than that is was very nice

Spectacular views!
Loved the views from every room in this condo! Location was perfect, close to beach & pool. Check in/out was simple. The unit itself however needs a lot of attention. I first noticed a moldy smell and there is evidence of water damage on the ceiling. The unit was dirty and unkempt. The kitchen had not been swept or mopped and there was food & a sticky substance on the floor. There was a thick greasy, dusty film on the cabinets and a lot of black on the kitchen ceiling. Not sure if this was dust or mold. There were light bulbs burnt out, closet doors off track, paint & wall paper peeling & chipped, dead batteries in the TV remotes so they didn’t work, half drank mini bottles of Fireball in the bedroom dresser drawer’s, master bedroom door doesn’t latch, guest shower doors so hard to close I thought they were going to break. The AC kept the main living space exceptionally cool but the bedroom were very warm. With some care, upgrades and a thorough cleaning, this place would be wonderful!

The unit size is nice, but no balcony facing the beach. This unit has not been undated EVER. Furniture is probably original too! Stains and mold on the inside and sunroom. If you stay here bring your own toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair blow dryer, pillow cases, coffee pot, vacuum cleaner, glass cleaner (table is glass,but no glass cleaner to be found to wipe it after eating). Wear shoes at all times in the unit or your feet will be black. We sooo over paid for this unit!! And this time was our first time using Vacasa and not impressed at ALL. Would't you think that Vacasa would check out the properties to make sure they hold up to their standards?! Unless they don't have high standards!!

We absolutely love this condo! The location is perfect overlooking the ocean and the pool. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. They also have plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We loved our stay and will be back in October!

Very Nice Stay
The only reason why I put 4 starts is because we didn’t see a hot tub and my niece loves those. The room was nice, we had plenty of space, everything was clean. The view was great and the atmosphere at the Dunes was pretty great too. Hate the pool closed earlier, (we are used to all night open at Edgewater) but it was still all very nice.

Amazing view and location, needs an update.
We were happily surpassed with how close we were to the beach. Huge windows looking out to the shore and a nice patio. It had plenty of room and everything was functional. That said, every square foot needs an update. It looked dirty and old. There was painters tape all over the patio and the beds were a bit hard. With an overhaul, this place could be amazing! Would probably rent again if price was right.

We loved the location and amenities. Every room had a view. There is only 1 elevator in building C, it's older and takes forever. If it would have been available we would have extended our stay!

Wonderful jumping off point to the beach!
First time we were so close to the boardwalk to the beach. The covered parking spot was well-placed as well. First time we had a unit with a sunroom - we loved that too.

Filthy
I have stayed In other condos in the same complex for years and this was by far the dirtiest I have ever been in. I sent three different emails and nothing was done it was so disgusting I am so embarrassed for the people who rent this out. And I’m just sorry for the people who are going to be staying there and have no idea what they’re getting for their money. You get charged a cleaning fee and it was not clean there was dirt and grime in the silverware drawers on the walls, the carpet was filthy. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The pots and pans that you were expected to cook with had no Teflon left on them the handle fell off one of the frying pans. You would think with COVID-19 happening cleanliness would be of the upmost importance. But it was not in this case. I took pictures but I do not see an option on here to upload them. How convenient. I have sent those by email and still nothing was done. This condo should not be allowed to be rented out to customers until it has had a thorough deep cleaning.

Great location but
Enjoyed the view and condo layout but the stove did not work and although I called for assistance I never received a call or any service. 3 weeks later and I still have received follow up call or email. As a past renter will Vrbo my rating is excellent and I’m not really one to complain. No stove is a major issue to me and even more disappointing was no response.

Beach Views are amazing
Loved the size of the condo, the beach views from every room, and overall location ( condo community, location to pool, stairs, elevator, beach, access, etc...) However, it is probably time for an overall update. A/C seemed a little on the warm side especially in the bedroom with small balcony and bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances all could use a facelift or replaced. However, with that said, condo is clean and includes the basics.

Unclean rooms
The views were spectacular in this condo and the walk to the beach with excellent but, this place was not clean at all after arriving I discovered dirty underwear under curtain dirty pans in the oven dirty dishes in the cupboards and someone else’s shirt under the dresser!!! And to top it all off the lights did not work in the kitchen!!! We called and complained they said they’d send someone we stayed three nights and no one ever came!! I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Great location and convenience
My family loved this condo. We could look out every window and see our spot on the beach! We would definitely return to this condo. However, we could not figure out how to lock the door behind us when leaving the room unattended by any of us. You don’t even have to put the code in to enter. The door opens without it. It was a little unsettling. Also, the kitchen could use some updates. The master bath drains very slowly so the tub feels as you shower. No biggie but may need repairing soon. Overall, We are very pleased with our stay! Thank you!

Needs improvements
The location of the property was amazing! Parking was a breeze and check-in was super easy. However, the room wasn’t very clean and several things didn’t work properly. The dryer would have to go through 3 times before clothes were dry. The master bathroom sink area smelled of fish (almost like someone had cleaned the fish) it was almost unbearable. Couches were very stained and we put sheets over them before sitting. Kitchen light stopped working second day we were there . Water pressure was awful in both bathrooms. The water temperature was never consistent. The condo served its purpose but definitely needs some TLC.

I did not get into my room until 8pm on check in day. The place was filthy and nasty, not enough towels. I will not be back to this property or book with Vacasa

Fabulous View
The location, floor plan and view from this condo could not have been better. We loved being able to see the beach from every room. Beach access was easy and parking was a breeze. Everything was clean and we found almost everything we needed in the closets and cabinets. I would say that it's probably time to give the bathrooms an update - especially the showers - but again they were clean and functional.
