We didnt realize there where 3 buildings (towers). When we got there, tired and hungry from traffic, non of the guards know what to do. They couldnt direct us where to go. Check in wasnt smooth. For all my travels, I am surprised that this one didnt provide toilet rolls (even one), hand wash or soap (even the smallest one), and even a small complimentary mineral water. The bed has a single thin sheet for a blanket and 2 brownish stain on the bedsheet itself.

Modern building with great gym and pool facilities (additional charge for gym. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Nothing.. because I didn’t stay there. I booked another hotel the Coro. The Beacon manager was rude and abused my girlfriend before I arrived. The reception staff could not find the room I booked even though we had a Booking.com confirmation number. They told my girlfriend that they couldn’t find what room I booked because I hadn’t sent my vaccination certificate to them. My girlfriend had my ID and my vaccination certificate with her to present to them on her arrival. The manager then abused my girlfriend and told her it was my fault that they couldn’t find what room I had booked because I didn’t email my vaccination certificate. Seriously.. what has my vaccination certificate got to do with them NOT being able to find the room I booked in the system. I gave a copy of my passport and my vaccination certificate to my girlfriend and told her she would need to show the Beacon Reception on check in. Two weeks earlier I emailed the Beacon to let them know that Miss Ventrullio will arrive the day before me from Hong Kong. I asked them to allow her access to the room as I will be arriving from Sydney the following day. My girlfriend was tired and just wanted to get to the room. She was very upset that the Manager shouted at he and blamed me for their unorganised check in system. Whilst on the aircraft to Sydney I was messaging my girlfriend. She was very upset. I immediately booked the Coro, gave the same instructions regarding my girlfriend arriving before me. They were very accommodating and without any drama gave her the key and requested that I come to reception on my arrival and do the formal check in. The Coro put the guest wishes first. The Beacon DID NOT, and then tried to blame me for their incompetence. I would like to request a refund of my accommodation. Kind Regards Andrew Wright

see above and the room was tiny. My girlfriend stayed 1 night and then the next morning went to the Coro. She said the bed was small and hard, the bathroom tiny and the aircon was noisy.

Very comfortable and clean especially the comfort room. It’s relaxing, also the view is nice.

I think the property is too old. The tv is too complicated that we didn’t use it for a whole week. The wifi is too slow sometimes. The the microwave is not working sometimes. For the utensils, the knife is not blunt. We also want to clean the room but there’s no broom and dustpan.

Our experience here was great! We looked for a room since my partner will attend a wedding near the place. The room was super clean, the host was very accomodating and the are lots of convenience store and restaurants nearby. You can either order or go to the restau yourself. Superb wifi connection! We'll consider this place again!
