It was the photo of the breakfast which attracted me to book this location. And every day we had the most marvellous spread. As well as cereal, orange juice and breads/croissants, sometimes had pancakes, sometimes ham, sometimes boiled eggs. All delicious. And great coffee. But the most important plus point of this venue is the host. Marie was welcoming on our arrival, and super helpful, recommending places we could visit.

The weather! We were unlucky with lots of rain, but it was better than the weather back home.

I had booked a family room, thinking it would be a little larger and it had a few more facilities. However, we were given a double room. Nothing wrong with it - very nice but not quite as we had expected. We didn't make a fuss as it was not so important - just a little disappointing. .

We had booked a family suite with two bedrooms through booking.com but the owner only gave us one double room. I spoke to the owner who said it was a booking.com error. When we later contacted booking.com they spoke to the owner who lied and said that we were in the family suite. Booking.com refused to refund us anything. Additionally, the hotel provided a travel cot with a very thick unsafe mattress that did not fit the cot. My baby's head fell down the gap. Breakfast only starts at 8:30, which is ridiculously late.

Good location for overnight stay. Nice room, very clean. Host was lovely made us breakfast and was up for our very early departure.
