I did tell them, the remote for TV was not working Also the fridge was not working properly Nothing was done about them, so had warm drinks from Fridge.

The doors of the hotel were closed when we wanted to check in with two little kids in the evening. We had to call and wait for the owner. Then we had two COCKROACHES in the bathroom and one other bug in the room. The owner removed the cockroaches and explained that this was normal here when it is hot. I don't think that it should be normal to have cockroaches in a hotelroom and we had no cockroaches in all other Italian hotels on our trip. The owner suggested to return the money for the room but he never tranferred back the money (even after asking twice). Very dishonest! There were no mosquito nets in the windows of the bedroom.

The room was nice. The host was friendly. Other Italian guests at the property were also pleasant neighbors. Happy about our stay.

When we got inside the room it had some chemical smell. We couldn't open the room window because it had no mosquito net. Only the bathroom window had. I'd recommend installing a mosquito net also on the bedroom window and/or avoid spraying chemical deodorizers.

Great place for an overnight stay, rooms very comfortable and we were recommended place to eat nearby. Good breakfast and plenty of coffee!

just wonderful! the building and the rooms are well maintained , beautiful place. the rooms are very cozy and comfortable , and offers everything you need to make it feel like home. the family who runs the place are extremely nice and kind, and the breakfast served is just rich and delicious.

Large room and nice breakfast. The B&B is located in a lively district, although it's not quick to find a parking spot. Walking distance from the city center.

Loved the big breakfast, the palazzo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Staff always keen to help make most out of the stay. Loved the bikes we could borrow to go round the laguna.

We had two rooms, and could not communicate properly from one room to the other, maybe a faulty on the line. The kids' room had a dodgy door, it was easy to open unless it was key shut. There was no bidet in the kids room.
