We have visited Provincetown as summer renters for over five decades and have stayed in a wide variety of homes, apartments, condos, and cabins. This rental was for four members of our family. First of all, the interior is beautiful. Clean, new, high end, and extremely cleverly laid out and appointed. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens and towels were great. The grounds are absolutely lovely as well and the outdoor patio/dining area and lounge chairs overlooking the yard are great. The parking is a bit tight for two vehicles but very doable and a great feature. The location is close enough to Commercial street for a pretty direct walk or very fast bike ride, either to the center of town through the historic cemetery or down a main road that is flat and well trafficked. We really can’t say enough nice things about this stay and about the owner as well. He was responsive, friendly and accommodating. We had a great weeks, sunny days at the beach and monsoon rainy days playing board games inside. This stay improved our trip immensely. Thank you!!

Great location, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac so it was very relaxing while only being a quick 10-minute walk to all the fun of Commercial Street. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We wanted for nothing and had plenty of good quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and eating at home. We really enjoyed staying here and are already planning our next trip.

This is a great location, so near to town. Spacious, clean and everything you could need. Great communication with the owner. Very happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

This is a really nice 2bdrm / 1 bath bottom floor unit. Looks just like photos - actually exterior is nicer than photos - amazing flowers and garden. hidden away from all the action makes a quiet refuge. Has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen - lots of beach towels / beach chairs. WIFI was perfect. Shower water pressure was great! A/C worked really well. Lots of room to spread out - and great outdoor places to hang out.

Our stay was very warm and comfortable. The location was great and we felt safe. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The home is above and beyond photos or description. It is a home in a very quite area of PT. Lovely grounds, neighbour's and easy walk to Bradfird, Commercial street nearest to Esst End. Incredible Host with great communication.

We had a great time and were very comfortable in this property. Its a short walk to downtown, very convenient yet a quiet neighborhood. Only complaints we had were the A/C unit inside is very loud when running, and no coffee pot. There is a Keurig, which we don't use.

The condo was great and Bret was super helpful!

The house is immaculately kept up with lots of space for our family to stretch out and sleep well. The location of the house is amazing. Walking distance to town. 5 mins from the beaches. Location is prime...easy walk to the brewery, especially once you find the short cut through the cemetery. Easy drive to Race Point!Bret’s place is very nice....lovely stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! Kitchen is well equipped, with enough space to spread out or come together.

Location and property were great.

Bret's property is very clean and in a great neighborhood. It is very convenient to get to the town center from here, either walking, biking or car. Bret was very prompt in responding to our questions and answered every small question we had regarding our stay. We will certainly be back for another vacation!!

Very nice space. It had everything we needed - towels, beach chairs, grill, kitchen stuff. Convenient location - easy walk to downtown Provincetown and easy drive to Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. Beds were very comfortable, and it's a very quiet neighborhood. Games (scrabble, Clue, and Monopoly and TV for those cool or rainy days. Overall, a great choice.

I can't suggest this rental enough. The unit had plenty of space for us, was very clean, and extremely stocked (towels, linens, beach towels and chairs, etc.). The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely responsive. The neighborhood was great, with friendly neighbors and a dead end road. The best part was that in about a 6 minute walk, you can be in the middle of Commercial Street, but then also enjoy relaxing on the quiet and private patio spaces at the unit. I would definitely rent here again in the future.

Super well appointed, tidy, comfortable, bright and beautiful. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers who fit perfectly and felt enough privacy. Fantastic indoor and outdoor relaxing and dining options with a gas grill and outside eating table and a small yard with lounge chairs flanking the property. Walking distance to all that Provincetown has to offer, yet far enough away for peace and tranquility. A perfect place!

Great condo in an outstanding location! We walked to Commercial St for coffee shops in the morning and dinner at night. Short drive to beaches. Upstairs neighbors were friendly and helpful. Communication with owner was excellent. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Plenty of bath/beach towels on-site but glad we brought our own so we didn’t have to wait for towels to dry. Don’t miss sunset on Herring Cove beach. Looking forward to staying here again!

The place was perfect for our family. One floor, laundry, kitchen, excellent layout. Easy walk to town or drive to beach. Small outside yard was great for the kids to go play catch. Great place!

The first thing to note about this rental is that the place looks exactly like the photos. You never know when you rent on a site, but for this one, it was accurate. The location is on a quiet cul-de-sac, just east of the cemetery. A beautiful street filled with trees, birds and nice homes. It is a walk to the west end, but we have lovely weather, so it was fine. Might be a bit harder if the weather was really hot. Very easy bike ride to anywhere in town. Easy access to either Stop-n-Shop or smaller shops near Commercial/Bradford Sts. Unit is located as part of a duplex, occupying the bottom floor. Upstairs neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Kitchen is large and appliances all worked as needed. Was stocked with service wear and pots and pans as needed. Bathroom is plenty big for 2 and water pressure was great. Bedrooms are average size, but each has a good size closet and dressers, so you won't lack for space. Mattress was comfortable. 2 couples could stay here and not feel overly crowded. There are 2 places to sit outside and enjoy the sun or nature, or watch the neighbors come and go. My only constructive criticisms would be (1) the A/C unit works fine, but it is overly loud. Makes it difficult to hear clearly while sitting in the living room. (2) the TV only had a few channels. We didn't really care, as we weren't there to watch TV, but for the cost of the rent, you sort of expect a bit more. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, Bret, the owner, is easy to communicate with and leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at 6 Tiny's Way. Bret is a great host - really helpful and responsive! The condo is always clean, towels always washed, and house organized. This place is about an 8 minute stroll to Commercial Street and all the bars, restaurants and shops which makes it really convenient. I plan to rent this place every summer!

Went to Provincetown for our second annual girls weekend.. This condo was super cute and very well designed had everything we needed to make our long weekend great.. Would definitely stay again and the owner was very nice and very accommodating. Tammi

Comfortable townhouse in a quiet residential neighborhood. Has nice patio with Weber gas grill that is great for relaxing and sharing conversation with family/friends. We used the grill once to grill steaks and ate on the patio, was just like home! Home has modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would find in your own kitchen. Excellent WiFi and TV service. King bed was comfortable. Only complaint would be the blinds in the bedrooms, the blinds are very thin and let in lots of light in the morning so its hard to sleep in, if that's what you want to do some days. Parking was available as well. I can recommend!!
