Property was nice and clean Most of the staff was amazing except one surly with attitude. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and they were not able to put the topper till the next day and had zero choices of pillows . So it was very nice with great breakfast but if you can’t sleep well Also you could hear anyone talking loudly in other rooms . As well taxi cannot get to hotel so we had to drag heavy luggage ourselves and could t find it amongst mobs of people at Trevi fountain

Alessandro on reception was exceptional, his welcoming , hospitable nature was second to none a real privilege to see such passion for love for the job that he does.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé (a côté de la fontaine de Trevi) l’hôtel est très propre, très bien équipé, les chambres sont agréables et bien décorées. Le personnel est à l’écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !!

Receptionists were very kind. Breakfast was really good. Water was free. There were toothbrush and tissue.
