I don't have warm water for shower

Professional reception, a nice dining hall with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and a fitness center. Kaufmann close to the facility

Bathrooms and toilets are shared by many people, no toiletries included The room had no fan/air conditioning Since it is close to a railway track, it was loud and noisy. The location is not the best. No oven, only microwave oven available

The living conditions were basiic.I have enjoyed the sauna on the site. I could use the fridge and prepare the food, which was an advantage. The cleaners were working v well.Fitness Hostel in Wroclaw is far away from the aeroportle, 40 min away.

I found uneven flooring in the corridor, under the carpet. The fire emergency instruction was hidden behind the microwave.I believe it needs to be stack on the door in each room. In the bathroom there was not a hook to hung the clothing nor towel.

there is a specific smell. there is a TV in the room, but it does not work. two sockets, one of them does not work. I contacted the staff ... zero reaction. there is a fitness center on the pedestrian floor. you can hear everything perfectly on the second floor where the rooms are. bed not the first freshness.

Free parking for car. Helpful personnel.

It was quite loud during the night in there

I liked helpful staff, was possible to ask For towels. Also can buy snacks in reception when you arrive Late and need them :) Did not like that next to the building was a noisy garbage platz. But we closed the Windows and was possible to sleep. Overall i liked. Cheap price and good place :) Oh, and i liked the bathroom❤️

The check in was fast and was easy. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. Delicious and a good variety and the stuff member was really nice and spoke a little bit English.

I absolutely didn't like that the windows don't have any window shades and the sunrise was really early so i had a bad sleep. You guys have to change it. I never had a room in my whole life where you can not have the chance to darken the room. I didn't have any idea that there was a main train track near by so i really had a bad sleep.

Disgusting insects - bugs hemipetrans in each room, when informed reception they changed the room (from 3 into 2 bed), promising bugs abcense, it was a lie. All numbers were interesting. Its like a way to sell you smaller room at bigger price. Room was like a box size. Shower were both for man and woman (together), on the table were indicated "women" but with man' urinals (dirty), and shower for man never worked. Flooring roll with old spots. Receptionist may promise you to book the room and "forget" it. Please think very well before coming here, its not cheap for such interrible conditions, even if it could be free - your vacation will be spoiled
