Amabilité du personnel et efficacité des femmes de chambre hôtel bien tenu. L’ascenseur est un vrai plus

L'hôtel est calme malgré la proximité de la route. C'était pour nous un bon emplacement proche de notre destination. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Que demander de mieux ? Je recommande.

Terrible smell of cigarets in the room.

Spacious room with airco. Good bed.
Cheece was of low quality. The saucices were like rubber / gum.

Breakfast was better than expected, the room was spacious and clean, the water preasure in the shower was great.
Poor value for money, use it only if you are too tired to contiune driving. Old, (nothing wrong with that) but it has been cheaply renovated, the toiletes are old, stained, everything has yellowed,

It was clean
The air conditioner wasn't working, they knew it and didn't say anything in advance, we got no solution and had to sleep with 30 degrees outside at midnight because there was a heatwave that day. Obviously didn't get any sleep and on top of that they didn't issue a refund. Terrible customer service. Also had no access to WiFi.

Good breakfast. Good space to exercise dog. Friendly staff. Spacious room.
Finding the hotel was very difficult. The SatNav took us to the centre of the town as we put in the address 159 Rue de Dole. This was completely wrong. We spent 20 minutes looking for the hotel. Then there was not enough room to park by the gate (we did not have a code to open it) before we came in to register (we blocked space for another guest). All very stressful after a long drive. (Small issue: TV remote did not have option for subtitles.)

i have not seen single member of the staff . had to do check in over a phone help . the bedding and towels seamed very ild and overused.

Good air conditioning in room, bed was comfy, breakfast was good and cheap.
Not close to the centre of the town, not much around it. Bathroom was a bit tired, big crack in the sink.

Gave ua a wrong room and refused to change. The receptionist with brown/blond hair was disagreeable

The hotel is new and rooms are exceptionnaly large and well equipped. I particularly liked the fact toilets and bathroom were separated
I thought it was a bit overpriced 130 euro for 2 stars

we went for convention. Hotel is very near the micropolis convention area.

We had a good night of sleep, which is the most important thing.
The price was steep for a hotel that didn't have any employees on-site during most of our stay. The pillows aren't impressive either.

Couldn’t meet my medical needs, I requested a fridge and this wasn’t provided for my medication.
