Absolutely nothing very dirty and full of bugs

I didn’t like nothing very dirty the beds were very uncomfortable.

Much space, nice bed.

Needs renovation.

Bed was ok, sleeping was fine.

Toilet had missing parts, but we managed. A bit outdated apartment, but working well if you need place to sleep.

Nothing positive.

do not look at the photos, they are not from these apartments. We chose these apartments and until we settled we did not know where we would live, it turned out at the last moment the owner said in which house we will be and it did not look like the one we chose. The owner came up with a story where his wife mistakenly settled other people in our house. In terms of comfort, the new house was several categories lower, it seemed that it was a basement. Regarding the Internet, a bunch of networks are available, and the Internet is not. The owner dropped the network to which need to connect but it was not there, after that he did not pick up the phone. So, be aware this people is bluffer!!!!

Old furniture. Was unclean.

The location was relatively quiet except for the screaming one night. It is located on a dead-end street so traffic noise is low if you close the windows that are on the same side as the busy street. Distance to public transportation to explore Graz was good. The size of the apartment was adequate for 5 people.

Many things were broken. The front door does not lock. The shower leaks from the base. The door to the bathroom will not close unless you slam it shut. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people to stay 4 nights so we had to buy our own. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (just 2 empty bottles) so we had to buy some. The shower glass door was cracked. The shower head did not work properly and needs to be repaired or replaced. There was a fridge but no freezer. The kitchen was useless because there was only one bowl and a couple of other items. Closets were falling apart. Before booking, the listing states there is private parking. There is not. It is public street parking and all the neighbors have poles and sticks "reserving" space. There is a yard but people who share the space have a huge, loud black dog so there was poop everywhere. The yard is also just full of weeds and does not look very nice. The couch smelled like a person or animal peed on it. The website used for check in did not function. The neighborhood appears to be for low income individuals. On our third night, there was screaming and fighting in the owner's apartment above us until almost 1am which kept us all awake. The apartment was not very clean. We took our shoes off immediately when we entered and our feet were dirty within minutes of walking around inside. There is a lot of glass that seemed like maybe someone dusted it but did not use a glass cleaner. What I really do not appreciate is being asked to pay additional money in cash that was not stated to me before booking. I understand there is the tourist tax in Austria but every time I use Booking.com, those fees are either included in the price or stated under Additional Info/Fees. This was not the case at this apartment but I was asked to pay an additional €1,50 per person per night and leave the cash on the table. This is unacceptable. I use booking.

The apartment itself was ok, big, clean, equipped.

All was agreed and confirmed, we stated time of arrival as well, but when we arrived, nobody was there and phone numbers (Booking, plate on door) were not working. Luckily there was a neighbor (not aware of anything), she contacted the owner and prepare apatrment, we had to wait app. 1hr. The place is a bit noisy (close to big road).
