Amanda's meeting us at the ferryboat was such a welcomed sight and her taking our luggage to the ferry on our departure was appreciated. The people and locals were just great. The garden is gorgeous. The master bedroom bed was fine. The pool, porch, and roof were great places to hang out and relax, with there being 4 of us the living room area was small but we knew that when we booked it. Th The location was good and convenient on Caye Caulker you are close to everything.

The interior was very dusty - we washed the cups, glasses, and dishes prior to using them. Some of the windows didn't have blinds or curtains and those that did could not be adjusted, if they had we could have had the windows covered during the day and the house would have been cooler. It didn't take long to cool down once the fans were running. The bed in the other room was very hard and uncomfortable. The living room furniture was... let's just say we covered it with beach towels prior to using it and the loveseat had definitely seen better days - it appeared previous renters went from the pool (while still wet) directly to the furniture in the living room previously maybe. The porch and roof top furniture had seen better days. Just thinking with these properties being as busy as they were while we were there, some of the furnishing could be updated.
