Incredible and friendly staff, excellent location in the heart of Barcelona, near the main attractions and easy to get to from the airport via train (R2N line). Breakfast with high quality food. Very clean. Great minibar with plethora of options.

Absurdly expensive for the value. Not a 5 star hotel, sorry. Small room with a few broken items (wooden curtain and toilet seat were broken and we had to call maintenance, cracked granite sink). Toilet without doors, nonsense garbage bin. Our window had an incredible view to Sagrada Familia but had a white screen preventing us to see properly and could not be opened to let fresh air in. Low quality food in room service.

Staff was exceptional. They helped us with restaurant reservations, confirming tours, directions, etc. Very easy to catch a cab from this location.

Quiet New and elegant, all the staff is really polite and professional they help you the best as they can!! There is one receptionist that speaks perfectly Italian and is very friendly. A special thanks also to Xavier that makes the breakfast special!
