Incredible location, comfortable, warm rooms. No great complaints.
Staff not super friendly. A little offhand. Wanted to charge me extra for coffee out of a not so good espresso machine in addition to the breakfast charge which was considerable.

It’s very good location, clean and comfortable rooms.
But the food in the restaurant is. Wry disappointing. I recommend dinner/breakfast somewhere else.
The location is perfect, right by the coastal hike.

Attempt to eat breakfast in the morning caused confusion. It seemed my booking.com reservation was unknown to staff.

it was nice and clean. good location to see the cliffs.
the parking, not enough parking stalls. it felt warm and stuffy in the room, no air conditioning and the window couldn’t open much for more air and ventilation.

the property was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The cabins were nicely appointed and was a great place to rest after spending the day exploring the peninsula. we also saw the northern lights which was fun.
my only recommendation would be that they only provided 1 pillow on the bed and an extra would have been nice.

Unbeatable location. Beautiful views our every window. Outstanding service. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable accommodations. Great food at the hotel restaurant and delicious fish and chips food truck right across the street.
Nothing! We loved everything about our stay! One note: GPS took us to an abandoned building down the road and Google told us the hotel was permanently closed when we tried to find a better address. After a brief panic, we stopped in a building that did not have a sign for the hotel to ask for directions. It turned out to be the hotel restaurant!

The room was clean and modern with a great location just next to the cliffs.
We couldn't find anyone from the staff which could have been an issue as we couldn't find a way to lock the door. Luckily we didn't leave the room until next morning.

We had a lovely room facing the stone giant. The dinner was good although the fish was a bit over fried. Breakfast good. Drove up track to look at glacier and then round point.

Well appointed, spacious, comfortable apartment in a great location - right in the centre of town. Excellent service when we had a problem with the TV.
Needs some maintenance - front door hard to close, broken soap dispenser in shower, broken bedside shelf in bedroom. But overall very serviceable, comfortable and spacious.

Nice room integrating the outside in. Quiet location with a view.
Beds were a little too soft for our taste.
