El personal. Muy amables y prontos para solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

La relación calidad precio. La habitación tenía una ventana que daba al pasillo de entrada y era muy pequeña. El baño también era muy pequeño. Nada era coherente con el precio abonado.

Las fotos no reflejan lo que era Las habitaciones muy chicas . La higiene a la mañana las mesas tenían migas de la noche . Las habitaciones no tenían donde poner o apoyar la ropa . El Baño no tenía agua caliente . Si bien nos habían dicho que si . La habitación para 4 era como para dos y el baño tenía la ducha arriba del water .

Cabo Polônio é um local atípico, sem energia elétrica, com tudo muito limitado. A pousada tem sérias limitações, que me parece ser algo a ser esperado. Foi suficiente para minha principal necessidade: dormir

O banheiro é externo, conforme anunciado. Na prática ele fica na frente do quarto, separado pelo corredor. O cheiro do banheiro, visto que não tem nenhuma circulação de ar, é ruim. O café da manhã é muito simples e com quantidades limitadas.

O estilo de todo Cabo Polônio é muito simples e o local é nesse mesmo estilo, com um café da manhã gostoso, cama confortável, a noite fica muito charmoso com as luzes de velas, com restaurante anexo e os funcionários muito atenciosos.

Ao lado possui um bar com música alta até tarde.

Cabo Polonio era desconhecido pra mim, encontrava pouca informação na internet de como chegar até lá usando ônibus. Antes da minha estadia, a equipe foi muito solícita e me ajudou esclarecendo todas as dúvidas. Isso foi muito legal. Eles foram sempre dedicados. A pousada é bem simples, mas o que corresponde ao ambiente da vila. O café da manhã era bem simples, mas suficiente. Os quartos não tem tomadas, mas você pode carregar seu celular ou power bank na vendinha (de graça por estar hospedado nessa pousada). O quarto é simples, banheiro também. Quando fui, em janeiro a água do chuveiro era quente. Fui bem recebido e recomendaria a pousada para quem busca uma opção em conta, mas sem luxo. Gostei da localização, fica pertinho do ponto de parada do transporte para entrar na vila, isso ajuda para quem tem que carregar malas.

Como na vila não tem energia elétrica, poucos lugares tem wifii, e sinal de telefone não funciona. No restaurante da pousada você pode usar wifii, mas tem que pedir para liberarem o sinal pra você, poderia ser mais fácil esse ponto. Mas usei sempre que precisei. :)

The staff is super nice! Everyone was lovely and very open to help with everything we needed! More than a room, we had access to shared spaces and amenities, like a kitchen. They also have a restaurant with many options and really good food. The location is great, central, and close to everything on foot - especially from the bus terminal.

We were 2 in the room, so it was perfect, but I'd say it's quite small for 4 people... Also, the bed was super comfortable, but there was a bit of dust in the room (my husband is allergic). Other than that, everything was great! Thank you

Mario ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenbereich ist gemütlich gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die geteilte Küche ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt.

Die Dusche ist oberhalb von WC und Waschbecken eingebaut, so dass alles nass wird, wenn man duscht. Das Zimmer hat ein wenig gestunken. Das Personal war jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und hatte das Problem schnell gelöst.

Cape Polonio is a rustic place and the accommodations fit the vibe of the community.

I was very frustrated that the map on Bookings.com was so wrong. TIt was raining when I arrived and I was soaked by the time someone directed me to the location, which turned out to be very near the bus stop.

The location indicated on the map is not accurate, as it shows the place close to Playa Sur, and its nowhere near that. Its in the absolute center of the village and not even close to the other beach, Calaveras. The property also states that they are 50 meters from the beach which is likewise not truthful. So that was a disappointment, and misleading/ Plara Sur is not the nearest beach as claimed. This could be bookings error and not the establishment.

The place is very near to the "truck terminal" where you arrive in Cabo Polonio, and very central to the "village/town", bars and restaurants.

The receptionist was never there, neither when we arrived, nor when we left. The mattress was really, really worn out. The room was noisy and you could hear every detail of every other guest on the premises, all through the night. The "breakfast" was just beyond explanation, pieces of old toast with a side of rancid butter, accompanied by instant coffee and watered-down juice. It would have been more honest to say that no breakfast was served. And all this for a price of a 4 stars hotel.
