The Unit was clean and nice accommodation for our family weekend. We would recommend this unit.
Recommend replacing the shower heads and need more than one trash bag for the unit.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again.

The condo was lovely. Beds were comfortable and very well maintained and clean. The area was close to the beach and many beautiful trails and sites to visit.
Our only issue was finding places to eat that did not have a 2+ hour wait, even with a reservation. Stock up on groceries before getting on the island. Groceries are very expensive there and the items they carry are limited.

We stayed here for a weekend with our adult children and their significant others. The property was a great place to stay for 6 people and was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the people who worked there were very friendly. There is a great restaurant in the community, Driftwood Bistro, that we visited the first night there because we were already tired from driving. We were also able to rent bikes from the resort our first full day there making it so easy to leave right from the resort bike 27.5 miles and end up back at our resort. The host was friendly and informative but we never needed to bother him during our stay because everything was as expected. Would stay again.

We found the condo to be clean , comfortable and in a great location. Check in was fast and easy, the host responded very timely when we had a question. Overall the place was great. We would definitely rent it again.

Very clean property. Check in/out process awesome. Quiet. Also gym and pool were very clean. The beach has big boulders with limited access. There are close beaches with ample parking close by. We live a couple hours away and would def rent this property again when in the area.

Comfortable accommodations and convenient location on the north end of the island. We are outdoors people so it worked well for us to be next to driftwood beach. Right across from the Driftwood Bistro and pool. Would come back again.

This was such a great choice! The condo was clean, plenty of space! The resorts grounds were perfect and staff was amazing! Good food made the stay even better!

This condo had everything we needed although we couldn’t make the toaster work. We only had to walk a little ways to enjoy the beautiful view. We did, however, find the Villas by the Sea personnel a bit unhelpful. If they are going to handle a property they should be more knowledgeable and definitely more friendly!

Great location to driftwood beach. We spent time there every night searching for sea glass. Easy access to beach to see the sunrise and it did not disappoint! Pool was lovely to sit beside and they have plenty of beach towels to make you comfortable. Loved having the bistro across the lot to have a late dinner several nights. Condo was like the pictures in the listing.

Our stay was peaceful and full of family fun. From walking the beach, to renting bikes to ride around the island, to walking across the street to check out Hortons pond. Drift wood beach was just around the corner from the property. We rented a golf cart from red bug motors for a day. There was a lot of things to do.

This place was fabulous. We were close to the campground & a huge group of our friends. Clean, quiet, bike rental easy, the Bistro restaurant across the parking lot, beach within steps, etc...

Place was clean and easy to find. Good amenities. It is just a short walk to the beach boardwalk and at least a 10 minute walk to the popular Driftwood Beach. Nice restaurant” Driftwood Bistro “ that was right across the condo parking lot.

Our visit to this VRBO was great. Check in was a little confusing - used to a key code and self checking in. This VRBO you need to check-in at front desk - Villas at the Sea. We got there early before the 4pm check-in and we were able to get in room at 3pm - so nice. Thank you very much. This is a lovely complex - restaurant on site. Pool was very nice!! We walked down to ocean front - there is a beautiful wood gazebo/walkway with adirondack chairs to use. We walked down to the driftwood beach - which is well worth seeing. It is beautiful. GREAT trip. Highly recommend this place and I hope to make a trip back for a longer stay. The Island is really neat.

Pleasant stay
While VRBO process all went smoothly, check-in at the property had some unexpected drama at the front desk. Also, lots of construction in the complex. In the end, it all worked out, and we had a pleasant stay. The restaurant right next door was superb.

Served our needs for one night
Exterior is in desperate need of refresh. Wooden steps and porches look old. The interior, though well appointed, looks tired. Broken blinds, windows that do not open, mattresses that need replacing. Check-in attendant was not welcoming nor friendly. Too bad she represents the property owners. But then, one must consider the price point. This was definitely a good value compared to a couple of hotel rooms on this island.

First time to Jekyll Island
This was a great property and we can't wait to return. The best restaurant on the island is located in this complex. We enjoyed relaxing on the boardwalk and checking out the moon and stars at night. We enjoyed our adventure here on Jekyll we learned much about the history of the Island. The turtle center was a highlight of the visit. I can say I now know how big a 219 pound turtle looks like.

We had an amazing stay. There was plenty of room for our family & the location was perfectly located near the pool, kids’ play area & restaurant.

We Love Jekyll
Property was perfect for my family of 6 (3 adults, two teens and a two year old). Amenities were convenient and close. Boardwalk was enjoyed at high tide and evenings as well as the large pool. Food at Driftwood Bistro was excellent and its literally across the road so the wait list was no issue. Hortons Pond and trails through the maritime forest connected to Horton House and historical district are accessible across the road from the property entrance. We saw dolphins while horseback riding, baby sharks in the morning beach walks, alligators and turtles in the pond. Biking the beach bike trails was much enjoyed, the trails are beautifully kept as are the beaches....Glory Beach was my favorite. Driftwood Beach did not disappoint either, so unique. We hope to return!

Ugh, check in 🤦♀️
The property was very nice along with the owner! Ned was fantastic to communicate with. Our issue was with checking in. Our check in time was 4pm but they didn't get the room cleaned until almost 6pm. We planned our night around getting in and checked in at 4pm, so it was a huge bummer. And we had went to the beach so we needed to shower to even be able to go get dinner. It was such an inconvenience.

Jekyl in May
The owner was very easy to deal with in making reservations. We arrived to the property management early but ended up unable to check in until after 4:15p. (Several others also waiting. Guess communication with housekeeping was an issue). Dishwasher, utensils, and stove need minor repairs. Just needs some updating on the appliances, but Unit was very nice otherwise. Short walk to the beach, close drive to the village, and the pool&playgound close for the kids to play. May was perfect time to visit.

Extremely clean and comfortable, perfect location- central to everything. So nice to have a short walk to Driftwood Beach. Ned is very responsive and made our stay easy.

Great mini family vacation!
Property is in a perfect location. We walked to driftwood beach at night and in the morning for sunrise! Only a few minutes, with coffee in hand. Beautiful setting. We spent a lot of time on the bike path right from the place and went to the little shops to get ice cream. Construction did not interfere with stay ( we could not access basketball hoop).
Condo was wonderful, very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen could use some updates; dishwasher has seen its best times. For our short stay it worked perfectly fine. Weirdly the restaurant would not do takeout. No big deal, but we had planned it for our arrival.

Beautifully decorated villa
Less of a condo and more like a hotel suite, this gorgeous 3br 2ba unit was perfect for our family vacation. Just steps from the beach on a beautifully landscaped property with lots of trees and a 24 hour gift shop with all of the amenities you'd ever need. The unit also had enough dishes, pots, pans and utensils for our stay, along with coffee and a coffee pot. A nice touch was the creative folding of all of the towels into beautiful flowers and fan shapes...just lovely... would definitely stay here again.
