De weg naar de accommodatie is erg slecht in vergelijking met de accommodatie zelf. Je verwacht niet dat je bij zo'n keurig hotel aankomt.

The Farmhouse was a terrific stay. Their staff and manager were incredibly attentive, looked after all our needs and made us feel at home.
Not much, a terrific place, the wifi connections was at times intermittent but was overall workable.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot water bottles were just the ticket to combat the cold. Excellent dinner.

There was no breakfast. Location was a bit off the highway and a little difficult to locate at night

Good communication, perfect location out of the city (the access road is not as bad as other comments were saying!), food was really good. Comfy quiet room and beautiful garden space. We will come back for sure!

The food was higher quality than expected… staff friendly 😊
Don’t like there was no ‘do not disturb’ signs and when the cleaning was done they moved all my things in the room, which is disturbing!

Our room did not have a key, so was unable to be locked when we went out. We didn't feel safe, so left early, and this was handled very politely by the staff. The staff also kindly arranged transport to our new hotel for us.

Nice garden. Lovely lobby with fire for the cold evenings. Great menu. Nice helpfull staff.
The road to the hotel, about 500 is an incredible bumby dirt road. You can't drive faster than 10 kilometers an hour.
And 2 morning there was no water to take a shower.

A tranquil oasis of green with lovely communal gardens, really spacious and comfortable rooms and super-friendly staff. The road to get there from the main road isn't the easiest, so would recommend a 4x4 for the journey.

Penguin House was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay right before our Mt. Kenya hike, and this was perfect! The staff were fantastic and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Nice garden and good food. Great place to relax. You can sit in the garden and enjoy silence, food and drinks. Very friendly staff.
The small road from the main road to the hotel is really bad.

This hotel was a welcome change after overpriced and pseudo-luxury camps in Samburu and Masai Mara reserves. Quiet, with lovely gardens; the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was confortable. Breakfast was nice. The nearby town was safe and nice to check out. Would recommend.

the team were great, loved the hot water bottle in the bed at night. Poppy the dog was friendly.
Poppy running up and down at night barking, but apparently a hyena was around.

The breakfast was sufficient. The hotel has a little beautiful tropical garden surrounded by an high wall . The staff were very friendly and helpful.
