Schöne kleine und ruhige Location, sehr freundliches Personal, komfortables und sauberes Zimmer, Supermarkt in der Nähe, sehr schöner Indoor und Outdoor Pool. Das Frühstück war einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Es gab verschiedene zur Auswahl.

Ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Sauberkeit im Outdoor Pool Bereich würden den ohnehin schon tollen Eindruck noch abrunden.

Il posto è molto bello e ben curato, il giardino con piscina e idromassaggio molto belli, il personale è sempre sorridente e disponibile. Buono il parcheggio, la macchina che ho preso a noleggio la parcheggiavo regolarmente sulla strada nei pressi dell'ingresso. Ottima la posizione centrale. La colazione è abbondante, si può scegliere tra quattro piatti differenti: maltese, inglese, continentale e italiana, ma per noi che siamo stati due settimane il fatto di non poter scegliere cosa mettere nel piatto ha reso la colazione un po' noiosa, avrei preferito il buffet dove tiservi da solo. Le stanze sono ampie, spaziose molto belle e con ogni confort, ogni giorno avevavo le bottiglie diacqua a disposizione.

Aria condizionata, è puntata sopra il letto andrebbe aggiunto un deflettore per non essere colpito dall'aria fresca. Relax, il posto gode di un ottimo giardino con piscina dove si può stare tranquilli, ma capita che li vicino dietro il muro ci sono feste ed eventi con bambini e animazione... quindi il relax viene meno TOMBINO ... sulla strada principale c'è un tombino che ogni qualvolta un automobile ci passa sopra, nella nostra sranza si sentiva un leggero botto ... andrebbe sistemato. Portatevi i tappi per le orecchie e avete risolto.

Personale sempre sorridente e accomodante, fermata autobus proprio fuori della struttura. Ambiente super confortevole, silenzioso e spazi comuni molto molto carini. Colazione davvero molto buona, ottime le uova!

La pulizia non era il massimo, trovate molte ragnatele negli angoli in alto e il pavimento vicino alla macchinetta del caffè era molto "vissuto". Ma sono stati tutti così carini e sorridenti che ci passi sopra tranquillamente!

Lovely room in a quiet place, the straff are very friendly and helpful. There's a lovely garden area.

The spa area has to be booked beforehand at an extra cost. There were no pool towels in the room even though they were indicated in the booling. You have to pre-order breakfast.

Les extérieurs sont très jolis. Le cadre est agréable. La literie est confortable, mais grince quand on se tourne. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux (3 choix possibles). Il n’y a pas de parking, mais il est facile de se garer devant l’hôtel (fin janvier). Notre chambre était assez bien isolée du bruit de la circulation.

La chambre est sombre et humide, car il n’y a que deux petites fenêtres. Ça sent un peu l’humidité. Il n’y avait pas de véritable salle de bains. La douche se trouve directement derrière une porte au fond de la chambre (pas de fenêtre). Le lavabo est dans les toilettes. Il y a eu une fête dans l’hôtel le samedi soir, mais le bruit s’est arrêté vers 23h. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du spa, car il n’était pas disponible quand nous avons voulu le réserver (nous aurions nous y prendre plus tôt). Il n’y a pas de réception. Nous n’avons pas su où nous adresser en arrivant et sommes allées directement à notre chambre grâce aux instructions fournies par WhatsApp. Toute demande doit être effectuée par WhatsApp (réservation du petit déjeuner, du spa…).

Sehr freundliches Frühstückspersonal. Schöne Garten- und Poolgestaltung und Atmosphäre. Sehr gute Massage.

Penetranter Geruch nach Abfluss im Bad. Obwohl ich ein Zimmer unten am Pool hatte eine stetiges Gerumpel durch Autos, die über Kanaldeckel direkt an der Hauswand fuhren (ein Stockwerk höher). Kein Arbeitsbereich im Zimmer obwohl das in der Beschreibung stand. Nachmittags/ Abends keine Ansprechperson bzw. Gemeinschafts-/ Aufenthaltsbereich abgeschlossen (durfte mich aber einen Abend ausnahmsweise dort aufhalten zum Arbeiten).

I can not say this is a good hotel, I can not at all recommend this hotel. If one is looking for quietness or sensitive for noise, this is certainly not the place to be. First of all, I asked a quiet room, preferable on a top-floor. I got myself a room between the reception-room and the breakfast-room. As such, there was a lot of people passing by and in the middle of the night, some are shouting, laughing and talking loud. But OK, this can happen in other hotels as well. Furthermore, the hotel also organizes events. Parties for marriages, family gatherings, parties for children,.... Out of the 4 days that I stayed in the hotel, during 3 days there was a lot of noise due to these events. During one night, there was loud music until late in the night. The following night there was again an event for young people who also made a lot of noise outside until late in the evening. And during 2 afternoons, there was also music playing loud in the afternoon until the evening. Not everyone goes on holiday to party, some want to explore the region the whole day and want to go to sleep rather not too late. The people that claim it is quiet in the reviews probably had the luck there were no events, or I got unlucky that there were about 4 events in 3 days. The room I booked was called a room with a view on the garden. However, the room I got, had no windows at all ! The bed is way too soft. Breakfast is very poor. There is no buffet. When taking continental breakfast one gets everyday the same plate with 2 small roasted slices of bread with scrabbled eggs, 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham. Luckily there is also fruit juice, however, it happened once it was only presented after having finished breakfast. Ants are crawling over the floor in the bathroom and on the sink/lavabo.
