Fantastic breakfast and great location

There is no tv in the room! It was very hot and the airco did not work properly. We had 2 out of 3 nigjts that were really hot and for me the most important in a hotel is that i have a good sleep. I could not have it here because of the airco that did not work properly.

The property was right in the centre of the city yet very quiet. Maria made us very welcome and gave us lots of useful information for sightseeing.

Breakfast was very good. Free coffee, tea, fruit and yoghurt available 24/7 Very clean throughout.

Amazing apartment, great location. Our host was very helpful and nice, overall one of the best places I have stayed.

The property was extremely stylish and beautifully presented. Maria was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast included was great and everything is only a short walk away. Would love to stay again.

Breakfast was available at a cafe a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was excellent. We had fresh orange juice, yoghurt, coffee and a selction of delicious croissants. Maria, our hostess, was very helpful

The entrance hallway to the apartment block is shabby.

Nice breakfast provided at the nearby restaurant. Yogurt and juice, Nespresso coffee and juices available on site.

everything was PERFECT! Maria is an amazing host with great suggestions, the space was beautifully decorated, and all the little touches such as coffee and juice were wonderful. the location was excellent as well. we didn’t want to leave!!

Lovely welcome from a delightful host, Maria. Excellent location close to the city centre and the lively 'university sector', whilst still benefitting from adelightful and calm setting. Above all, it felt literally 'home from home'. Maria gave us great advice on restaurants and the less obvious sites to visit. From t he moment we walked into the B&B we felt 'at home'.

The bed was with 1,40cm very small for two. It is an very old city building, so the noise isolation is as it is. The room could be slightly bigger and lighter- patio.

I stayed at Mars 41 for a business trip and I strongly recommend the place! Ideal location, very central and yet the apartment and room are quiet, large and lovely room with very comfy bed and pillows, beautiful and bright courtyard, shared kitchen available with coffee, water and juice, everything is absolutely spotless, books and nice touches of decoration everywhere, delicious and generous breakfast at Gil & Bert, and above all Maria is the perfect host, so welcoming and accomodating! I would definitely stay there again!

The location of the bnb is great, in the heart of the city center. Maria takes extremely good care of her guests for them to feel at home. (The bedsheets and towels were very nice and comfy compared to usual hotel linen.)

Excellent B&B in the heart of Bologna, only few minutes walking distance from the main attractions. Warm and welcoming host. Fulfilling breakfast at a nearby café.

Maria is a great hostess. She replied to our messages quickly and is super flexible with check-in/check-out timings. The B&B is at great location and has everything you need. Overall, it was a very nice experience and is highly recommended.

The nice decorated interior an, well equipped kitchen and especially small amount of rooms gives you the feeling that you’re having a whole apartment at your disposal. The breakfast is served in a near bar called Gil&Bert wich has a large variety of croissants, cereal, juices etc. - you can take as much as you want 🙂. In the fridge of the apartment are yogurts, juices … for a little snack during the day. Beside all those things Maria is very friendly and flexible concerning the checkin/checkout times.
