Everything was just right about this apartment! Loved the chocolates, cleanliness and coziness!

Muy buena ubicación, el alojamiento es muy acogedor y confortable para una familia, tienes todo lo necesario y el trato es excepcional. Sin duda repetiríamos.

The apartment was very compact, had everything you need and was within walking distance to the grocery shops, the ski slopes and also a nice long walk to the city centre. Bus stop near by and only 20 min by taxi from airport.

Location location, 8 minutes from airport, 8 minutes to city, 8 minutes to Santa village, 20 minutes to places without light pollution, walking distance to supermarket and fastfood. Most important, 5 minutes to skii place. What do you expect more. Riikka is so quick on replying my questions and her husband has given me tips on checking the lights and glad to meet their little ones.

Warm house. We end up wearing shorts and t-shirt in the room, feels like back Aussie summer again, by saying that, this is everywhere in Finland based on my previous week's stay. There is nothing I can complain about from Riikka's accommodation.

Very stylish, cosy, clean apartment. Good location. We had an apartment for 3 people. The apartment is small but very nice in an old authentic building!

Huge disappointment!! This was our fourth and last accomodation on our trip through Finland, which needed a bit of re-scheduling at the beginning and Suutarintie was the only accomodation giving me really hard time with that. The apartment is small but nice with a bit of signs of wear and tear, especially in the kitchen and shower. Major disappointment was the sauna for extra charge!! The extra charge is 120€ 😨 I refuse to pay so much for what is litterally at each corner in Finland!! The location is 40 minutes walk from the city centre, nothing pleasant. Also for some reason they keep advertising winter activities from Apukka - which I suspected as some side business or what... oh well... Really do not understand the current 9,5 rating which convinced me to book this place. My recommendation for explorers is to find a place in the city centre with own sauna in the apartment and you will be happier :)

Very cozy apartment just outside of Rovaniemi. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Wifi was very strong, no issues. Hosts are easy to communicate with and very nice, even helped with tips on finding the norther lights and activities in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here, especially if you have a car, but even without one the bus stop and market are very close.
