The villa was very comfortable and a perfect base to enjoy the lovely quiet town of Playa Honda. Fernando was very helpful. He offered to arrange our taxis to the airport on the day we left. I will be looking to stay again, next time for 2 weeks.

The villa is located in a complex. The exterior approach to the villa is in need of attention. But I don't think this is Fernando's responsibility.

Everything was just perfect.

location near the beach, local restaurants and hyper market. could walk everywhere. Spacious, comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. outdoor space with private pool, sunloungers, bbq, dining table. with a view of the sea

it needed a few extra wine glasses and a kettle would have been useful.

The villa needs maintenance, old used furniture such as chairs or sofa

Sea views were amazing could not have been better Great out side space all you need for the lovely hot and sunny weather , great big BBQ and plenty of seating , and Fernando was the best host nothing was too much trouble for him

The bed was a bit too firm for us but that is just down to preference (nice large king size though )

The view was better than I hoped for. Pool isn't heated but ok after a few minutes, we had a hire car but spent most of our time at the property or walking from the property. Love having breakfast and lunch outside every day.

Not a problem really, The heater was broken but i was happy to buy a new fan heater. We were the first guests of the session so the property had not been open/warmed for a while. But this was no issue. Would not be a problem for the following guests.

The location and the cosy feeling of the house and off course our host who was very nice in fullfilling our (normal) wishes.

The last week..the weather, but we don't blaim our host.

The location was amazing, it was spotlessly clean and peaceful. It's not for party's or youngsters but ideal for a rest!

The surrounding court yard leading to the villa was in need of renovation and the address and house number weren't displayed so we got lost when we got back from the supermarket as they all looked the same so had to find a landmark as a guide, other than that, once inside it was fantastic and will definitely go back!
