Very central location

Not great for parking + lots of stairs

Our recent stay in the apartment booked through this service was a complete disaster. The apartment was flooded upon arrival, causing major inconvenience and safety concerns. Additionally, we experienced a complete power failure throughout our stay, making it impossible to use essential amenities. The lack of cleanliness in the unit further added to our disappointment. We strongly advise against booking through this service due to the unacceptable conditions we encountered.

spacious appartment, centrally located, great view, kitchen fully equipped, towels great, check in easy, got a call from hosts to ensure i was happy with everything.

As it sat on the highstreet it was noisy, it is above a off licence which attracts the local drunks. Wednesday evening very noise from the local bar, had to close windows. Smelly carpet in the living room, suggest it gets replaced.

It was a very comfortable apartment, very clean and presentable. Hosts very helpful. Very close to all amenities.

The correct codes for access upon arrival would have been helpful or answering the phone after 6 p.m. but another tenant opened the main door for us and the apartment door was already open but the chain lock had been broken.

Bedroom, beds and bedding were okay.

The property decoration is outdated. The flats wasn’t clean to a good standard. The carpet in the louanges is filthy and stained, no table to eat. The coffee table is old and shaky. The shower has no pressure. The photo on the website doesn’t really show how the flat looks like. On booking.com facilities it says parking, so I thought the parking was included and did not read further. In fact the parking is not included and apparently a £3 parking can be found close by. We did not find the £3 parking and had to pay £10 a day.

Affordable. The under floor heating. Easy to access wifi

The place is not easy to find. There are a lot of stairs to access the property which should be stated for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues. Some towels were dirty. It would be good if you just had some essentials like milk and condiments for those staying over night.

The only problem was the noise from outside but we appreciate that it is inevitable in a town centre.
