Location was great, close to everything. Room view to the garden, beach and seaside.

Furniture was a bit old..a change on this can make villa the perfect place.. Kitchen has old things, we used only glasses and the fridge.

Location (literally on the beach), hotel manager, spacious rooms, very big and comfy beds.

The property is located just by the sea. You can enjoy the view from a balcony whilst eating a breakfast in the morning or drinking a wine in the evening. There is a grocery shop literally 30 meters away and lots of restaurants situated along the beach with beautiful view, delicious food and wine. There is even more shops and restaurants at the main road, 5 min walking. The villa sits at the end of Laganas beach and not far away from there, there is Kalamaki beach with turtles nests. There is also a very lovely housekeeping lady Maria, I think.

Lots of little flies in the bathroom, very old furniture in the bathroom, shower curtain does not prevent water from running beyond shower area and once you are not careful you have wet floor all over the place. Some of the kitchen utensils like fry pans in need of replacement, lack of basic items like salt & pepper, washing up sponge.

Location is fantastic

We chose Villa Grimani because we wanted to be close to the beach. I recommend it to those who are less picky and will balance the fact that the location offers a superb view of the sea. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and photos.

The bathroom, kitchen and front door could be improved. They are practical but outdated. However, it was not an impediment to my enjoyment.

The rooms are spacious, bed and pillow comfortable. View is awesome, same for the balcony. Staff is nice and helpful.

The curtain from the shower did not help a lot, a lot of water dripping on the floor. Maybe some other type of curtain would be better. Would be useful to offer shampoo and shower gel. The rooms look a bit better in photos, but all in all the room is ok.

Amazing place! Nice, new, clean and tidy. 1 minute from many restaurants and shops. 3 minutes from the center of the resort. The rooms are very clean, bright, new, with amazing sea views. The staff is very polite and courteous. Do everything to make you comfortable. I highly recommend to everyone!

Small things. Maybe more body and hand towels. In the double room we had a large towel and a small one. But it was enough for us, if we had asked, they would have given us. Maybe better Wi-Fi, which is enough for most purposes.

Everything is close to the apartment Supermarket ? The place next doors Want something to eat ? Next to the supermarket Want to get to the main beach bar/restaurant area? 3 minutes of walking Turtles could be seen literally about a hundred meters into the sea from the apartment The cleaning lady was super nice with a big smile on her face regardless of the hour. It's a bargain for the price

Toilet system in all of greek islands is....dated. But you'll get used to it

The lovely view its just in front of the sea. You can sit on your terrace and just watch till the sun is goes down.

Perfect location, just in front of the beach, cheap and all you need close of the apartment. The owners are sooooooo kind! They are lovely, I’ve never stayed in a local where the owner treat you with so much care!

The view at the balcony is wonderful.

Accommodation is lacated in quite quiet place in busy Laganas. The owner was very friendly. Beach is next to appartment and is clean with crystal water. Restaurants and market is very close to appartment. We had only one unpleasant thik. We made reservation one year before, we get super price, but we had one requirement. We was two families and we wanted to had rooms closely. The ovner did not have this rooms when we arrived, but he did everithing for our contentment, so we move after 3 days to new rooms. Globaly we were very satisfy with accommodation. I think, it was good decision order this accommodation.
