Fabulous cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very homely and cosy. Beds were very comfy. Nice garden to sit in. In the garden is a Shepherds Hut which small occupants would really enjoy. Easy to walk to the river where we did an early evening tour on the Solar Heritage boat. Ship Pub is just down the road. We visited Weald & Downland Museum (where the Repair Shop is filmed) which was very interesting with all the houses that have been reconstructed. Stansted House also very nice with a lovely lunch at the Pavilion. Bosham is delightful with a great lunch at The Millstream.

Wi-fi a bit hit & miss but OK outside by the gate. Just need to note that stairs to the twin room upstairs (not shown on the site) are very steep. No problem for children or if you are fit.

Layout really good. Beds very comfortable. Very close to pub and harbour. All the basic appliances and kitchenware available. Very well organised and lovely touches 👌

Nothing we didn't like. could benefit from having a hoover or sweeper to keep on top of thins whilst in residence.

The cottage was beautiful and location fantastic. Everything was so clean and comfortable and the garden was lovely.

Absolutely gorgeous! Very cleverly designed, tasteful and cosy. Everything is highly functional and comfortable: starting with shower cabin ending with high quality mattresses and duvets. Children were extatic about the shepherd's hut and a vintage doll house. Loved the mini-library with some excellent books! The location is just dreamy. The maps with some stunning walks are provided. All in all an absolute gem! Book now!

The location is excellent, right by the coast. The cottage is lovely, the owners have thought of everything you might need and we’re always on hand if needed. The place is modern and comfortable and even has a cute little garden. It was perfect for our long weekend.

The cleaners didn’t clean the fridge properly and it stank of fish! Sure this is a one off as the rest of the property was spotless. We didn’t bother telling the owners but sure they would have fixed it if we did.
