Family Ocean-View Retreat 4BR/3BA, Like Home!
Hall Hacienda è un'accogliente residenza cittadina su 2 livelli recentemente rinnovata con 1800 piedi quadrati. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi con un piano piano aperto. Goditi una cucina completamente attrezzata per cucinare durante la tua visita!
Al piano inferiore dispone di una grande camera familiare con TV LG HD a schermo piatto da 60 ', cavo Direct TV e connessione internet wireless. C'è una cucina moderna e un tavolo da pranzo per 6-8. ci sono nuove combinazioni di lavasciuga / asciugatrice Sanyo. Sul retro al piano principale c'è un bagno completo e una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale.
Al piano superiore c'è un grande maestro con cavo e letto matrimoniale. Esci sul ponte privato e oscilla e osserva l'oceano, senti l'odore della nebbia salina e osserva le persone che corrono giù per la strada. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e una vasca separata. I doppi lavandini con un grande bancone rendono facile prepararsi per la spiaggia o una serata fuori.
Al piano superiore sono altre 2 camere da letto. Un w / letto matrimoniale e l'altro w / twin and roll sotto il rotelle. Condividono un bagno con doccia.
Al piano inferiore si trova un parcheggio per 4 auto su una sola linea. C'è una doccia esterna per lavarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia.
L'accesso alla spiaggia è alla fine del blocco. (Potresti trovarne un altro 'privato' un po 'più vicino se guardi i vicini.)

We loved our stay in this house. Very clean and plenty of space for our family. Very short walk to the beach. Barbara was a wonderful host who was very helpful. Check in was easy. We hope to be back soon!

Barbara could not have been nicer or more helpful AND always answered whenever I called or texted.
The location though very convenient for the beach was sooooo busy.
Even though the children were kinda older I would not let them cross without an aldult.
The suggestions that Barbara gave us was most helpful it was still difficult and getting from the parking area onto the highway in either direction, it was nearly impossible.

Clean place, close to the beach

The house was clean and the owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The outdoor shower in the back was very convenient for coming and going to the ocean. It was in a perfect location for Carolina Beach. It was a super short walk to the nearest beach access. The restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk were within walking distance as well. The area was calm, quiet, and felt safe.

The property was very nice. Just three things need a little improvement. The kitchen cabinets were a mess. Very disorganized. Basically, things just thrown in every which way. It made it very difficult to find what you needed. New flatware is needed, only 3 knives. There was no water pressure at the kitchen sink, but the rest of the house was fine. Difficult to wash dishes. The carpet stair treads on the lower stairs slip around and are dangerous, so we used the outside stairs exclusively.
Nothing we could not make work. The house was very nice, location was great and we had a wonderful time.

The house was very nice. The personal touches and ability to meet the property manager are a great bonus. The location was very close to the beach and a nice little ice cream shop. Honestly we even could walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants and mini marts. The location is very good. A lot of traffic in the afternoons and evenings going by either walking or golf carts, but it was not an inconvenience. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate items. One suggestion would be a keyless pin pad entry. That would have made it easier for when we walked back and forth from the beach or other memebers of our group did.

This is a great house. It is a short walk to the beach. The A/C works GREAT! Washer/dryer in hallway. Toys, chairs and bikes in storage room. We parked 2 regular sized pick up trucks, an SUV and a golf cart in the driveway. We also parked to smaller cars in the shell area beside the driveway. There were numerous dirty dishes in the kitchen, oven light and refrigerator lights did not work. Overall a great place for up to 8 people to stay!

The location was so convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and well maintained and appointed with everything you need to have a great time. Many thanks to Barbara for all her help. I have never had such a helpful property manager before.

Good location for beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Bike lane essential starts at house running down to Ft Fisher, so great place to start a bike ride.

Relaxation retreat
It was great to get away for a few days with the kids and grand parents. The house was convenient to everything we needed. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic Property
We loved the house and the location and the proximity to the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and shops and the boardwalk. We took our own golf cart and didn’t move our car the entire vacation. The house was very clean and spacious for our family of four including 2 adult children. The house was stocked with everything that you need for cooking, all kinds of beach accessories and toys, and two grills. They even provided trash bags and dishwasher tabs. This is an awesome property and we will definitely stay here again!

Property manager was very helpful and accessible. Property was as advertised and consistent with pictures and description. I would recommend the property manager to procure covered trash and recycle bins for the house. Also, the floors did not appear to have been cleaned recently (bottoms of our feet were black).

Very well decorated, clean and nice for large family.
All good except for a few things.. Need better quality frying pans and fuller bed pillows. One of the TVs in bedroom did not work and construction next door began at 8 am. Workers played loud music and lots of hammers banging and sawing etc.

Plenty of Space!
Great home with lots of space to spread out. Well stocked for just about every need. Easy access to the beach. Only complaint is that the Wifi could use some beefing up with an extender as there was poor connectivity in the family room for streaming services. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Centrally located beach house in Carolina Beach
Our overall impression of the rental house was good. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and the pictures were accurate. The kitchen was also equipped well. The house manager, Barbara, communicated with us about our arrival and was prompt in responding to our questions and needs. The beach access was very close and walking to the beach took only about five minutes total. The only thing we were surprised about was that items from previous renters (such as spices, oils, shampoos, diapers, etc.) were left in the cabinets making it necessary to remove or clean out before putting our own items away. After accomplishing that we had a very enjoyable time and the house was more than adequate for three couples and one child.

Home away from home!
I can't say enough nice things about this property. It is one of my favorite VRBO stays where my family had a chance to make excellent memories. The property manager was amazing and communicated regularly. The place was very clean and beautiful. We are grateful to have experienced this place.

Perfect Vacation
This was by far the nicest vacation rental we have stayed at. This large home was beautiful and accommodated our party of 8 very comfortably. It was great being so close to the beach! The manager was awesome and very quickly responded when we had needs. This is our second year coming to Carolina Beach and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We hope to stay here again next year!

Family Friendly Get Away
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this condo with our family and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Everything you need besides your clothes and food is at this condo. The front door knob broke but the owner sent a handy man and it was fixed immediately. Never had any other problems. Steps from the beach. Cannot say enough about this condo or the owners!! Thank you Barbara!

perfect summer get-away
The house was everything I hoped for! A stone's throw to the beach and close enough to "downtown" to walk there for fireworks, boardwalk, etc. The house was superb, with plenty of room for my husband and me, and my two adult children. Lots of seating in the living room, two lovely porches (although it was much too hot for us to enjoy them for more than 10 minutes at a time), a well-equipped kitchen, and everything was SPOTLESS when we arrived. We brought our own beach chairs, etc., but it looked like there are plenty for those who don't. Good selection of books, with more than a few about North Carolina (think food, sightseeing, and past hurricanes). Also a great selection of DVDs for all ages. All in all, we loved every minute and would not hesitate to come back.
