Communication was great, host will arrange everything to make it good for the guest Apartment is in a new building, everything inside is new and of good quality. Kitchen appliances, furniture, comfortable beds, huge closets, new bathroom Excellent for shorter or longer stays, so much space for a 1 bedroom suite. TV could be bigger, people like me from North America are used with 50 inch TV. Lots of channels We stayed 1 night, car is 10 m away from the entrance in a reserved parking spot. Parking is not secure, is near walkway, but the area is good, not too much traffic, nobody scratched our rental car, so everything was great Important positive note for October or when is cold outside: the suite has its own thermostat! You can adjust the heat based on your preferences!!! It’s huge compare with many places in Italy where they are trying to make economy not opening the heat and they consider you a total moron and they tell you BS like heating is not permitted based on some municipal laws, so on Not at this place! Modern, new, efficient, no e oniony was made, everything for the full comfort of the guest. I will definitely recommend to anyone as one of the best accommodation in Europe
