The view from the hotel
Clean about the toilet. There was a stain yellow in the toilet. Also if possible provide bottles of water in the room. At least 1 to 2

Mould in the bathrooms and main room. The entry to the room is a large window which everyone can see into from the carpark. To have any privacy you need to have the blinds down all day which makes it hard to enter/exit. Our shower leaked through the floor to the next room and some of our belongings got wet. We had several power outages but there was no checking in with the guests or providing them with any torches. We had a 5m old and a 4y old to get to bed with only one torch light. Huge safety issue. Couldn't contact staff on site as they closed reception. Phones were diverted to Lakes Entrance who couldn't help with anything. We had a terrible stay and would have preferred to stay at home.

It rained and the bedroom got flooded. The kids were cold as they stepped into water and all socks got wet. My son's bag got soaked so all clothes wet. One of the staff who helped change our room offered to sort it out which was kind of him.
No compensation given for a horrible stay. We asked for a late check out as clothes were returned at 9.20am and check out is 10am and the front desk lady said no that after all we were offered another room at 11pm at night and what ever happened wasn't the hotel's fault.
The lady in the front desk was very rude. Terrible experience.

We were really only there to sleep so we didn’t need any extras. It was clean & comfortable.
Cold water taps needed to be turned off really tight otherwise they dripped. It would be nice to have a sink in the kitchen part.

The bathroom needs updating.
Shared balcony, anyone could hang out in front of your room and they did… toilet huge yellow stain.

Location was good
Small cramped dated rooms , in desperate need of an upgrade.Not suitable for 4 people, walking through another bedroom to use the bathroom.
Very dirty and dusty rooms, bedside tables , skirtings thick with dust and cobwebs.
Daily housekeeping consisted only of new towels placed on the bed.

Room had a light change each day which was very much appreciated.

First night had very loud noises/banging/running/slamming doors coming from above rooms.
Didn’t like North Pier Hotel not catering for allergies & the staff not greeting you/being welcoming.

In unserem Zimmer war alles völlg veraltet und nicht gewartet - ungepfkegte Austtattung (bis aufs Bett), dreckiger Sessel, Bad eine Zumutung, WLAN ganz schlecht..

The location was great. The size of the property was great.
The town house the we stayed in, we felt wasn’t cleaned very well there were a lot of spider webs and we also had some spiders. The front porch was covered in weeds, there was only one inside bin we feel like there could of been at least one more in the upstairs bathroom. No tea towels provided not enough rubbish bags or toilet paper. None of the exhausts fans work in the bathrooms of our townhouse either.

Great location, pub really good to eat at
Reception staff were not helpful at all, were not accommodating to very much.
My child has a broken limb, we requested a ground floor room (well in advanced and was happy to pay extra) they still said no. They asked us multiple times to check out early (around 8-9am) so they can clean the room for the next guest.

Good location and bed comfortable. Priced ok for budget hotel.
Room smelt of cigarette smoke, lots of noise from outside. Bathrooms very dated. Shower bath and curtain horrible and very claustrophobic.

The room was cheap.
Fridge hadnt been emptied from previous guest, room backed onto smokers area of pub, so spent all night listening to patrons literally right outside window. Room was dirty, had to unplug appliances to plug in kettle. Refused to use shower given state of the rest of the room.

Right by the beach, this hotel is really nice, with comfortable beds and a correct restaurant.
Lacking some outlets close to the beds.
Sound and heat isolation isn't the best.

As soon you open the door of the room you couldn't breathe they overused bleech in the bathroom and it was freezing outside I had to open all windows and door to circulate air in the room
