Hang Ten è una recente Beach House si trova nella Waterfront Comunità Osprey. Circondato da una lussureggiante paesaggio e palme. La casa si trova su una strada culdesac con vista mozzafiato sull'Oceano, Intracoastal e Bay.
L'Oceano e accesso alla spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi poco più di un piccolo ponte privato. La casa è dotata di un molo e scivolo barca privata (s) che può ospitare fino ad un 'imbarcazione 24. (È richiesta la prova di assicurazione). Il pubblico Boat Ramp è a meno di un miglio di distanza, in modo da lanciare la vostra barca gratuitamente e dock per tutta la settimana. Si prega di chiamare il proprietario per discutere le vostre esigenze di canottaggio.
Il primo piano dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, TV e condivide il bagno con la camera da letto a castello. La camera da letto con due letti gemelli ha una porta alla sala da bagno. C'è anche una camera da letto / den letto matrimoniale con un televisore a questo livello.
Il secondo piano scorre con la sua area soggiorno / sala da pranzo, e ha un 46 'TV a schermo piatto. Uscire con tutti, anche mentre in cucina, che ha tutti i comfort! La vista sul mare da questa zona sono spettacolari! Sarete in grado di godere di splendidi tramonti sulla baia! North Shore Country Club si trova a 2 miglia di distanza ed è aperto alla comunità golf.
Questa casa è raramente affittata e siamo affitto solo +/- 4 settimane a stagione di feste di 10 o meno per coprire le spese. NON noleggiamo a GRANDI gruppi o interruttori di primavera, in quanto l'HOA non lo consente. Non c'è ASCENSORE, quindi ti preghiamo di tenerlo presente quando chiedi informazioni su questa casa. Il pacchetto di biancheria è incluso. Per favore, non che lo stand della spiaggia pubblica sia chiuso a causa dell'uragano Firenze. Il nostro accesso alla spiaggia si trova a nord dell'ingresso di Osprey Drive.

This property lived up to our hopes in everyway. The house is spacious and accommodating. We are an outdoors type family and this house had a lot to keep us busy right outside the door. The views are amazing and relaxing. You will take pictures every evening of the sunset reflecting off the clouds and the sound.
The house offers plenty of living space. We are a family of seven and we ate dinner at the large table overlooking the sound almost every night. Well stocked kitchen made meals easy, even for our size family. Bedrooms are large and plenty of bathrooms. Wrap around decks and wired audio speakers made late evening conversations and cocktails a quick routine.
We spent our days on the North end of Topsail where we drove out on the beach and setup for the day. Went deep sea fishing one day and fished off the dock behind the house everyday. Couple of us tried to walk across the sound and got hung up in oyster beds about half way across and turned around. It got messy, real messy.. It was a vacation we wanted and needed. Lots of memories, laughs and pictures.
When we stay at Topsail again we will contact Robert first to see if the house is available.

This property is in an HOA good and bad. I liked the reduced traffic and neighborhood felling. I did not like that one neighbor seem a bit nosey.
I stayed with my adult children, ten on us in total. The house was plenty big enough for us all and we all had a great time. This said only 2 of the bedrooms are great for adults. This was NOT misrepresent by Robert or in the listing just keep in mind.
This was truly a great vacation. I had some concerns about not staying right on the beach like we normally do. This was defiantly not a problem. The 3 sided deck gives great views of the ocean and intercoastal. The deck has both covered and open areas with a great breeze always just around the corner. I spent afternoons on the front deck in 90 degree temps. with the breeze it truly felt very comfortable.
The kids had a great time fishing of the dock, and cough a lot of fish and a few stingrays. The water is very shallow only a few feet deep.
The walk to the beach is very short. The last beach restoration was done very well. The beach was the best it has been in any of our visits to Top Sail.

We had a wonderful time for a week down at this house. The house is incredibly well appointed and the layout suits families who want to be together but have separate time at the same time. The dock is fantastic. The sound allows for kids to have safe water play. Fishing was fun although I think it was a little warm for crabbing. We caught plenty of fish to keep the family happy. The neighborhood is lovely and that is a short walk to the beach which is not very crowded. We will be back next year!

Our boys basically stayed on the dock fishing the entire time. They caught red drum, black drum, flounder, crab, shrimp and even a sting ray.
Beds were comfy and amenities were good.
My only suggestion would be to have the beds already made for incoming guests. Making beds for each of us after traveling most of the day was not what I had imagined I'd be doing.
All that being said, we'd stay at this home again & again.

This was our first trip to Topsail and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all of the amenities that our family needed. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and spent our days on the beach which was a short 5 minute walk. The views from the decks were wonderful! I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again the next time we travel to Topsail!

Beautiful home in a lovely setting - made for a perfect retreat. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing on the dock, even caught our own live bait using a catch net! Short walk to the beach where we were nicely spread out (it's not a busy area) and found lots of shells and shark teeth! Robert, the owner, is very attentive and responsive, as are the property managers. Yes, a lot of steps, so be aware. Overall, a great time in a great location!

What an amazing vacation spot! The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, and Rob couldn't have been more helpful with any questions we had. The private dock was perfect for fishing and the beach is just a short walk away. The kids had a blast playing in the waves and walking to buy slushies everyday. This was the best family vacation we've had in a long time!

We have been traveling to the north carolina for vacation for 20 years, have stayed in many different homes and this home was the best! Not a long walk to the beach, private area, beautiful views, and something for everyone. The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We are hoping to return next year!

Beautiful sound front home in a quiet cove with a superb 180 degree view of the sound and intercoastal waterway. Wraparound deck and widows watch provide great voews of ocean and sound. Home is very well equiped with very clean, comfortable, nice size bedrooms. master has a large bath with large shower and bath tub. A short 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Good fishing for flounder and reds in the bay and intercostal. Crab can be caught off the pier. Good for kayaking off the pier in the quiet cove. Kayaks can be delivered by shop in Surf City. Robert, the owner, is quick to respond by email or phone if necessary. He was intent on ensuring we had an enjoyable time - very helpful with recommendations for the area. Hope to be there again next year.

We stayed the week leading up to July 4th. The community is amazing. Private, quiet streets, nice land scaping and beautiful intercostal expansive views. The beach is an easy walk with the new semiprivate access point immediately in front of the entrance to neighborhood making an easy 1 block walk. The home has been cared for personally. Bedrooms are clean, well designed and decorated. The master and master bath is huge. Decks wrap all around for expansive views. The dock off back and private deep water dock 2 doors down give plenty of options for boats. Amazing sunsets over intercostal. No criticisms other than we plan to stay again and hope availability stays open!!

We spent a week in this fabulous home this July. The house was even better then we expected. The view could not have been any better, cool breezes at night and huge wrap around decks to enjoy. The dock was perfect to kayak out from each morning and several good size Reds were caught through the week. Dolphin were in the bay and so fun to watch. Robert made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back next year!

We arrived with our four teenagers and everyone instantly loved the home. They fished off the deck, caught crabs in the pots, and dug clams in the lagoon. The beach is a short walk and it was really nice that it was private. We brought our boat and Rob made it really easy for us. He also recommended another spot to clam by boat and we had great success there too. We went deep sea fishing on the Pelagic Huntet and caught our limit at the edge of the Gulf Stream. Excellent home and vacation. The owner, Rob, is great to work with too. Very attentive and desiring for us to have a good time.

We brought our four kids (ages 3-10) to this home in August and had a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean and the pictures show it just how it is - amazing views, great amenities, beautiful decor, and good beach access. This was our second summer in Topsail and we far preferred it over our experience in 2012 at a home closer to Surf City. This house is in a terrific location in a very quiet neighborhood that is off the street so little traffic. The lot is a wonderful size, ensures privacy and is beautifully landscaped. Our kids loved the decks on two floors (with ample seating) and the top floor observation deck. The views are truly panoramic and the scenery, sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. From the side deck you can enjoy both sound and ocean views at once! Our kids also enjoyed the private dock - crabbing and skipping rocks. The beach is an easy five minute walk and the owner left a wagon that we used to tote all our tonnage. The outdoor shower was super useful after beach time... I don't think our kids used the indoor showers at all the whole week! (Except for the master jetted tub...they enjoyed that!) There is also a parking pad right near the beach access that we used on occasion.
The owner was very courteous and responsive - a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. This vacation home truly exceeded our expectations with all it offered. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back!

Wonderful family vacation spent in a lovely, modern and clean home! I'm what some would call "high maintenance" and "ocd" .... I was extremely pleased with this home and wasn't ready to leave. I especially liked the hardwood floors and lots of windows to see the waterway (and the kids) from. Also liked that the master suite is on a level separate from the other bedrooms. Made me feel like I had my own private oasis when I needed it. Lots of outside seating on multiple decks perfect for reading or just to get fresh air while enjoying the view. Great location with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. He even contacted me after our vacation to see if we enjoyed ourselves. Wish I could afford to go back and stay a week per season.

Just returned from a mother/daughter beach trip. A perfect house for such a trip, and we all agreed we would stay here and do it again in a heartbeat. Very beautiful home with amazing views from every side! The back deck overlooking the intercostal waterway is wonderful....we ate many meals out there. We miss it!!
