The unit was hot, the temp could not go below 74, if you are used to being cool dont book this unit. The Master bed was uncomfortable and worn down, I did not try out the other beds though

We really enjoyed ourselves! The property is very roomy and proximity to the pool and gym was great as well as ease of getting to the big parks. My only complaint was the preset thermostat. The temperature in the apartment varied greatly from day to day. One day it remained at 72 all day and the women were freezing. Another day it was 76 which was too warm and humid. A constant setting of 74 would be ideal!

Pour info, le Windosr est à quelques minutes de voiture de Disney World et à 30 minutes (avec la circulation sur la 4) de Universal. Nous avons fait les deux, et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement parfait.

Suggestions: we would have appreciated a couple of rolls of toilet paper and a little container of dish soap as extra main essentials to make stay easier for the week. Toilet paper there was enough for one night, we were there 1 week.

Clean and spacious 3 bedroom/2bath apartment on 4th floor. Nice walk to resort style pool area. Family friendly. Conveniently located to Super Walmart, Walmart gas station, and Starbucks. (3 min drive)

This property and condo was fantastic. The description you get from the site does not even compare to how wonderful it is.

It was close to Disney. We didn’t use the pool but look great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and our children loved the pool area. Eric, the owner, was also incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We would recommend this property to others who are wanting to stay off-site, but still within close proximity to the Disney parks.

This was the 2nd time at Eric's condo. It is nicely located,clean, well equipped and just a great place to stay. Windsor Hills is a great location for a family vacation as well.

We like the set up of the condo. Works very well with friends. Will be renting again next year.

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Has a balcony and security. It was cold most of the time and couldn't control the heat/air conditioner. Very close to Disney and Walmart. Out away from other condo communities. Could be a bit cleaner and all light bulbs should work, but didn't. Liked that the 2nd bathroom had 2 doors so easy excess from both bedrooms.

This is a great unit. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults to spread out. Check-in takes place at the gatehouse. There was a short wait as there were 4 cars ahead of us. The unit is on the 4th (top) floor. Nice to not have any loud upstairs neighbors! The elevator is just outside the unit. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender. Washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus! Bring your own laundry, dishwashing, and hand soap, as well as toilet paper. Towels are not provided at the pool/waterpark so be sure to bring those, too. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closets which we needed as the Nest thermostat locked us out and the temp got down to 61 one night! There is a WalMart 3 minutes down the road and lots of restaurants nearby. All of the Disney parks are a 15 minute (or less) drive. A positive first Vrbo experience!

Our family really enjoyed the condo. It was exactly like it was described. The Pool and club house area was great. Especially the water slides. The condo had plenty of towels and linens, but it didn’t have any wash cloths at all. It stayed kind of warm in the unit maybe needed coolant added. Beds a little worn, but not to bad. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again for the price. Great location for Disney parks.

It was ordinary with the basic amenities.

First impressions were that the property wasn't maintained. There were light bulbs out in almost every room. The runner carpet was so worn there were holes in it. The bath mats were stained and filthy, as was the mat in the kitchen. The light over the dinning room table was coated with dust, more than a years worth. The outside patio had a very dead plant on it. One of the towels they left out was stained. Overall a very disturbing impression. We contacted the owner to let him know of these problems, but after a few emails, nothing was done. There are many other places to stay here. Don't choose this one.

Ok place for vacation. They will be building more water slides this summer that will make the pool much better.

Owner was very responsive to questions before travel and gave a discount for longer stay very much appreciated. Found him to be very short upon arrival. Had a few problems which was taken car of within a few days. Spacious condo, surfaced cleaned only some areas needed a lot more attention. Lots of dishes available, pots and pans were badly scratched and unusable, very stained dish linen, linen on beds ok replacement lines very stained, vacuum would not work. Musty smell for several days took air freshener to contain. Great location to Disney and restaurants. Short stays of a couple of days would be ok would not recommend long stays.

About 15-20 mins door to door for the Disney parks and 30 mins to Universal. Useful guide to the local area provided by the gatehouse on registration. Found the owner very helpful. (One tip do not put the dish washer on its hottest cycle as it tends to bake food on cutlery & crockery rather than clean it) Would stay again & recommend it.

My family and I checked into this property on 5/21/17. We checked out the pool, arcade, and theater. They were all mediocre. Nothing to rant about. The condo itself seemed nice. Once I went to sit down, I noticed the couch was dirty, there was hair (from previous visitors) on the rugs, there was also dust and trash swept in between the sectional. We looked further and all the tvs and electronics were also dusty. I immediately emailed the owner. Then we woke up the next day itching. We examined the sheets. One set had some blood on it. The owner emailed me back the second day and had people come in and "clean" while we were gone. We had already taken it upon ourselves to do some cleaning because obviously we weren't comfortable staying in a property that clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous visitors. We even had to go to the store and purchase laundry supplies to wash the linens on all 4 beds. This was not a nice start to our vacation. I emailed the owner again after check out to let him know how dissatisfied I was. He never responded back. I guess he figured out Stay was complete and he had the money so he just didn't care about my satisfaction. I will never stay at this property again. On the off season, the price is pretty good. However, if I had known I was going to come in and be living in someone else's filth for 4 days, I would have just paid more to stay at a nicer, CLEANER place. I thought from previous reviews that this was a nice place to stay. Perhaps the owner uses a different property management company than he used back when the previous reviews were made. It looks nice on the surface but it was really dirty. Trust me, look elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the place. I would definitely stay there again. One sink was plugged up when we got there and a rug in one of the rooms was turned up. The rug could be a hazard and people could trip over it. Otherwise my family and I loved staying there. We were out a lot, but it was nice to retreat to and watch TV at the end of the day. We were there for a tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports (easy to get to). We then had no problems enjoying several other theme parks to make a great vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. I love the layout of the condo - very spacious and open. The decor was tasteful and modern, furnishings top notch. The beds were super comfy. The kids loved the bunk beds. Anything and everything we needed were here, and Windsor Hills is just a wonderful community. I loved how close the condo was to I-4/ Disney/ Celebration. It truly felt like a home away from home and we didn't want to leave after our 8 day stay! Thank you Mr. Knesel for allowing us to stay at your property and we hope to do so again in the future!

My family of 4 (15 & 12 y.o. boys) enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Setting up the reservation, instructions on how to enter/checkout the community/condo were a breeze. The condo is very nice, extremely quiet, and suited our needs. The boys enjoyed the xbox360, I enjoyed the screened in porch. We did a few days at Universal and a few days lounging at the Windsor Hills excellent pool area. Minor gripes were needing to buy salt and pepper (which might be normal for renting any condo like this) along with our regular grocery needs for the week, and needing to restock the toilet paper. Otherwise it was perfect. After reviewing many of the condos, different amenities of other "communities" in the area, we chose this one, it was an excellent choice and when we return to the Orlando area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Eric was a great host and always answered questions quickly through the whole renting process. Thanks Eric!
