L'hôtel est confortable, mais les activités proposées par le Kids club les après-midi (lorsqu'il y a un Kids club ouvert, ce n est pas le cas tous les jours même en pleine saison (juillet))sont très mauvaises, c est exclusivement des activités de interieur , proposer des activités comme "cinéma" ou "rester au Kids club" ou "peinture de visage" est très décevant, surtout lorsque l' hôtel promeut des activités plein air sur son site. Certaines activités plus intéressantes ont lieu le matin, souvent facturées en supplément, mais si vous partez pour des activités nautiques comme le wingfoil ou le kitesurf, il faut noter que le vent ne souffle que le après midi, votre enfant risque de passer 3h devant la télé pendant que vous êtes dans l'eau. La piscine intérieure est interdite aux enfants à partir de 16h également et la piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée. Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel avec un enfant qui n' est pas en âge de pratiquer des sports nautiques

Beautiful location and excellent amenities. Very quiet. Very good breakfast.

The food was not bad but the quality was not as good as expected for this type of the hotel and quite pricey for what it was.

Everything was perfect! The Turkish (steam) bath and sauna were amazing (just what we needed after a few days of walking the Camino). The breakfast buffet was amazing (we did not eat dinner). The room was comfortable - they even provide flip flops to wear down to the spa. And we were able to find a pair of shoes for my husband in the shop.

The television had to be on for the wifi to work.

Service is as always great. People are friendly and helping with everything they can.

The quality of the restaurant (menu and quality of the food itself) don't match the value that you have to pay.

Dinner was a bit below par, and value for money was not as good as the rest.

For a wellness hotel, there is lack of quiet spaces which don't have screaming kids running around everywhere. Not great for someone who is going for peace and quiet. The hotel should definitely consider having some 'quiet zones' with no entry for kids (or at least, for screaming kids).
