Good position and reasonably well equipped. Easy access on buses to beach and Cuitadella.

Issues with air conditioning for first three days; no dish washer.

Lovely pool (cleaned regularly) and spacious terrace with pretty gardens. Well located 5 mins walk from supermarkets, 10 mins walk from marina with all its great bars and restaurants, 15 mins walk from the pretty beach. Easy drive to nearby Ciutadella. Rooms an ok generally a good size though third bedroom small. Decor was smart and clean. Kitchen adequately stocked with pans etc though missing items such as a colander. Would only recommend out of the summer season due to lack of aircon.

No aircon making it impossible to keep this place cool in July/August and all of us struggled to get a decent night’s sleep. The ceiling fans do little to help. If you open the windows the road noise is horrendous - motorbikes, buses, lorries and cars zoom past noisily on this major road into Cala n Bosch. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire week we were there. I managed to send one email then got kicked off the network! Very old looking Wi-Fi router. I would find it impossible to recommend this villa to a friend unless it was to stay in a cool, quieter season (winter or spring say) and so long as they didn’t need Wi-Fi!

The outdoor space is exceptional, very nice pool and terrace and it really is the highlight of the property. The bed mattresses were quite comfortable too. There was no air conditioning but rooms are supplied with summer basic ceiling fans that helped with the heat.

I'd recommend putting some love into this property, it is run by an agency and it feels like that way. Minimum effort, read below for some examples. The apartment is advertised as being very close to the beach, but we found that with small children are our only option was driving to the local beach. The water itself isn't so far but it's cliff area, so we had to go a bit further. The kitchen isn't well supplied at all, only most basic kitchenware and it was scarce, there wasn't even 30 ml of dishwasher detergent, no soap in bathrooms, no additional toilet paper... Not welcoming in any way. Beds don't even have proper fitted sheets, just smallish flat sheets that kept coming out for our kids. We found cigarette ash in the fridge (yuck) and a very dirty pan. This property is on a local road with fair amount of traffic, so just be aware of that as well.
