bathroom wet always stairs is too narrow steps

There were a lot of rodents, mainly mice in all bed rooms and the kitchen. Very bad experience and we asked to change the vacation house but unfortunately my request has been declined and had to spend 4 nights with rodents.

Very old, and not very clean (spider web...) Sheets had been cleaned, but still looked old and dirty We heard a mouse walking at night (which seemed to be between the ceiling of ground floor and the floor of the first floor).

home is cute and location is nice in forest .

after getting inside home somebody knocked the door and did not identify himself. Asked payment of the room and asked from where i booked. i showed him booking.com reservation and try to show him 20minutes long that it is paid by my credit card via booking. finally he called a number and told me that he came to wrong villa .... many things are in home, full kitchen but no any towel , a bit strange ... anyway they are washing bed linens , instead of putting 50 glasses can put 2 towels too . useless saving .
