It was great, loved the place but disappointed TV did not have access to channel 7 to watch footy finals. Every other channel worked. So we had to go to the Dromana Hotel to watch it 😢

The privacy and tranquillity. Quiet street but still close to everything. Great location. Loved the decor and facilities in the room, everything we needed.

The mattress protector was a bit uncomfortable and too hot

Location and "feel" of the facilities. A lot of thought had obviously gone into setting up the property.

WiFi reception was difficult and patchy. We had to rely on a "hot spot" on our mobile phones.

Clean, great location, comfy bed, nice bathroom & nice small kitchenette.

The locaton was perfect, 5min walk to the beach, short stroll to supermarket and local cafe/restaurants, would definitely return! Just loved it!

The back yard was beautiful and it was great to wakr up to that lovely view

This is not a B&B as advertised, not even fruit as in pics. Wifi not great, had trouble connecting & chrome cast wouldn’t connect at all. No hotplate to cook any meals (not a fully equipped kitchenette as advertised). Owners residence could see into our outdoor area & vice versa

absolutely stellar b&b. everything was first class. extremely comfortable bed, great shower and extremely quiet location. I would recommend port McRae b&b to anyone. thanks Debbie for a great stay.

A quiet and relaxing place to sleep and to rest well, to your needs, and free confidential key system to pop in-out any time you need around. Local attractions are not difficult to access, and are never too far, with some good planing on any day. You can use your dedicated parking spot or a plenty of free street parking directly. A walk away from the beach. A small but great placed and styled kitchenette was our most beloved feature during the entire stay, with it's flaps and their ability to block the back light available at the back side, so you can also set your perfect nighty lighting, not to be too intrusive, and completely avoid the use and blasting by the main light in the room (you don't want that for holidays and tv watch in the main room). It does not take much to learn the environment at the location, which at some other places it can be a real nightmare.

The bed sheets seemed not to be vented outside on the sun for a longer time, so we had to do it ourselves daily, which from there eliminated that residual feeling of smell while you sleep. The dog at the property is kept next to the room, and is not possible to talk at any level without constantly upsetting it. We feel that, though be it a lovely mix of Puddle and something else, for a dog in general - unpredictable as they are - it should be relocated elsewhere while the guests are present and not kept on the property immediate next to the guest rooms, being so upset and growling / barking by everything they say. Introduction to wi-fi information can be given to guests in-person as well, instead letting them to figure it out that there is a book around with that information in it.

The location & facilities were excellent. Loved the bathroom, the backyard, which also had another shower outdoors. Quiet & very comfortable. Close to the beach which is only walking distance away.

Beautiful set up with eye for detail. Everything we needed was there and more. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Very clean, sparce but everything you need was available. Great for a 2 day stay.

Unfortunately we made our decisions to booked from the photos on the booking.com site. The photos where not of the b&b we stayed in. Site photos shown where of the residents next door. I was looking for and open plan living so we could relax and stay in if needed. We booked for 6 nights but the small, no living place we stayed at is really only somewhere you would stay for 2 maximum 3 nights. Heating on work when owners next door where home.

A very modern and cosy place to stay with everything you need for an excellent and relaxed weekend away. When you walk in it's like WOW. The view from the deck out to the garden is beautiful. The photos on Booking.com do not do the place justice. Debbie is a very friendly host, Communication was excellent. Thank you
