We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was the perfect size for our small family trip (four people) but could easily fit more. I am a person who does my research and I read a lot of reviews. I would say is the distance from this condo to the lift is more like 350 yards, uphill on an icy sidewalk. The walk to town is about 12-15min(we took Uber because the parking in town is insufficient) The ski in capability was awesome!!! Well equipped kitchen and humidifiers were a plus with the altitude! Overall this condo was a win for our family. We would definitely rent again.

Overall, we were disappointed with the condition of the condo - very outdated, broken furnishings, and dirty. Not as advertised. This was not a "recently updated" condo. The only thing updated was the living/dining room shown in the photo and maybe the foyer. Kitchen and bathrooms are in desperate need of updates. Bathrooms and bedrooms are so tiny and cramped you can barely move. Bed linens are horrible. Shower curtain liners were old and dirty, covered in mold/mildew. Spots of blood were found on a bed pillow, boogers wiped all over bedroom wall by bunk bed, food crumbs, wrappers and old spot of blood found on sofa bed linens, pantry door broken, kitchen sink dirty and chipped, stove top dirty/staind, fireplace remote held together with duct tape. The list could go on.....Hot tub was ice cold :( The ONLY good thing about the condo is the location. Convenient to town and snowflake lift. You get what you pay for, I guess. Sadly, would not recommend.

The apartment is minutes from the ski lift and shuttle stop, and 10 minute walk from town. The photos are fairly accurate. Issues included unclear instructions for entry (three keyed locks on door, only one works), pots and pans dirty, dining table surface tips and cannot be secured, unusable coffee table, no place for clothing in room with bunkbeds, barely room to walk around bed in room with queen, space heaters in each room made temperature control challenging, limited number pillows, parking area and driveway inadequately plowed, no equipment for clearing snow available, hot tub without water.

Location is great with about 150 yards uphill to Snowflake and ski back right to condo lot. Basics were good and condo was clean but a little worn/dated. Not a big deal though and expected. Only downside was intermittent internet and dining table top that wobbled, which I expect will get fixed easily. Overall, worked great and I’d stay here again for the location/price.

We had 4 adults and 2 small children. We all enjoyed the unit and the hot tub. We were not able to access the pool and were surprised to find no a/c, but otherwise all was fine. The e unit was clean and nice.

Only steps from the Snowflake lift! Don’t let the 70’s decor scare you. What do you need the condo for other then to eat and sleep! You have the added bonus of taking the 4 O’clock trail back to this condo at the end of you day of glorious skiing! The auto fireplace was nice and the Landry room was right across the hall. The hot tub was near by to sooth those aching bones! All in all, an adequate condo, that was cramped and in desperate need of updating, but you can’t beat the location!

The condo is a great location with adequate amenities, but is older and needs a bit of a makeover. The downside were the beds and pillows need replacing yesterday, and the sofa and throw pillows are far behind.

Ski out wasn’t an issue either only a block to snowflake lift, you could literally ski into your apartment after a great day on the slopes. Very nice location, close to main street. Could walk everywhere needed 10/10 recommend for a trip to breckenridge

The internet is very slow, for the amount you charge pay the extra $10 to get better speed. The cable doesn't even offer ESPN, pay the extra $10 to have better channels. The bedding and sheets have had better days. Get some new ones. Your a few hundred bucks away from a great place.

Unit is in excellent location, close to town and slopes, but is very downdated. you feel like came back to 90'. We stay with family for Christmas skiing trip and will not stay in the similar unit again. Usually we stay in Vail or Beaver Creek, but this time kids decided to try Breckenridge. In my opinion such unit is good for college students, but not for family who are looking for above average conditions.

This property was charming, you communicate with the Property Manager via text, always an instant reply. We had a 3 & 5 year old, we did drive to Peak 8 each day with them, but the Adults walked to Snowflake in the mornings, the run to Snowflake isn't open that time of the year so they couldn't ski back to it and then walk to the condo. They took the shuttle back, they did wear there tennis shoes to walk to Snowflake, put them in their backpacks to ski for the day, its a longer walk in ski boots.
The only downside to this condo is that the bedrooms are very small and the beds were really hard, maybe a foam on top of each would make them comfortable. We all had a hard time sleeping at night.
We used Avalanche Sports Ski Rental to rent our gear, they were amazing and their price was great. There is a washer and dryer room right outside the condo front door, that was so convenient, take your quarters for that. I brought detergent sheets with us and then when we were leaving realized that they had 2 small boxes of laundry detergent under the sink, they thought of everything.
We had a such great holiday vacation with our family. We will definitely rent from this Management Company again, there are several condo's under their management! Thanks so much.

The response with management team was fantastic. We all enjoyed the stay. A couple of notes…1) The shower in the 2nd bathroom dripped constantly and the Thermostats don’t seemed to work…the unit was very warm the entire weekend. Also we had to lock the dishwasher in order to stop it from beeping. We could not turn it off any other way. Great location to town and ski runs.

Overall great experience. Other reviews mention the closet space is tight, and it is. However there are ample drawers for storage and we made it work for a family of 5. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Living and eating spaces are very well organized for a small space (felt bigger than it really was). Laundry on-site is right be the front door - very convenient. It is right on 4 O’clock Road and vehicles can be loud at times due to the gradient of the hill. We got used to that quickly. The entire place was very clean and had plenty of extra sheets and pillows as well. Would recommend.

The property was just as described. It was nice not to have to check in at a separate location-access to the unit was through a coded front door lock. It was an easy 10 min walk to town. The place was clean with plenty of amenities. We would stay here again. It was perfect for the four of us.

Conveniently located property just below the Snowflake lift. The condo was stocked and functional, but a bit dated. We also received no communication prior to check-in, but staff were friendly and helpful once we found the office. Would definitely book this location again!

This property was minimally equipped. No cleaning products to use while there. Bathrooms outdated and small. We are a family of 5. Too small for us. No place to put luggage/bags in rooms. Heat was hard to manage. Location was good. Christmas week price was not worth it.

The location of this place can't be beat. Easy walk right into the center of town and a little double chair nestled in the neighborhood offer convenience. It was very comfortable for the two of us but felt a little compact if we were to have other adults with us.

Great Ski in!
We had a great time at this property. Check in was very easy and the employee who checked us in was helpful and informative. The place was spotless and in a great location. The bus stop to get to Beaver Run and Snowflake Lift is super close and if you are renting skis Christies is right down the street. We loved having the ability to ski in after long days on the mountain!

Property close to snowflake lift and Main Street/shopping. We walked everywhere the entire week. Property is older and somewhat outdated. Bedrooms are small, but fit 4 people comfortably. Kitchen well stocked. We did not utilize pool/hot tubs, but they did have a reservation system in place.
