Great location directly on the coast. Everything nearby, quast in the garden. (restaurants, shops, ….). Very authentic and comfortable interior. Small “garden”. We liked sit outside at the evenings and feel the see and the spirit of Elounda. We didn’t expect, but our apartment was cleaned also during our stay.

Our second stay here.
We love it. Clean cosy and well equipped. Terrace overlooks the beautiful turquoise sea.
So relaxing. Perfect if you want to be independent.Short walk to fantastic restaurants/the friendly town. Then a little further to beach/harbour.
Small supermarket behind the appartment. Everything you need .
Everyone so friendly .
Owner George checked we were ok and available if any concerns.

We all loved the peppery. It was perfect for out needs and with a sensational location. George came to see us the following morning and has been extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and I would love to go back.

Amazing location, an easy walk into town . Right on the waters edge . The house was exactly like the pictures , which often isn’t the case. Great walking from the doorstep & beautiful sunrise over the island opposite.

Set In a fabulous location with stunning views overlooking the sea, close (but not too close) to excellent shops, bars, restaurants & the town centre.
The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The kitchen is very well equipped , no shortage of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc here.
Excellent roomy fridge & even a coffee machine.
The beds are comfortable & the air conditioning (should you need it) is effective & quiet
George (the owner) is incredibly helpful and has made us feel really special right through from booking to our day of departure.
We really found this house to be pretty much faultless.

We absolutely loved our holiday .
It was total bliss.
We stayed early July and a little noisey at night..Friday night especially .
But no big deal.
The road outside was busy .mopeds teenagers . But really small issue
We loved it but best go bed late
I got text re cleaning lady x1 but next time not informed.
The patio needs re laying. ASAP It has sharp paving. Wear shoes.
There were tacks found.. we realised that they were from bottom of the outside chairs.
Nothing I say is big deal as would re book tomorrow

Beautiful house, in perfect location, near everything in Elounda, right next to the sea. Even though it is not a beach you can easily enter from the rocks and the sea is crystal clear for one to swim

The location was literally just across a pedestrian path from the water with a lovely private terrace for people watching and enjoying the sea views. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There were lots of excellent restaurants within a short walking distance, and the main square of the town where the ferry to Spinalonga departs was less than a 10 minute walk. Upon discovering at check in that there wasn't a coffee maker, our host graciously purchased and delivered one within hours.
Finding the place the first time and figuring out where to park was a bit confusing but ultimately not an issue. There's a single private parking spot shared by the three units in the building and street parking just up a few steps or a larger lot off the main square when needed. The bathroom was small and the shower drain didn't work well and as a result you ended up with soapy water up to your ankles.

Perfect beautiful house right by the water., View from the house out on the sea and bay area was stunning and we got up early in the morning and jumped right into the water and swam for a while, got up and had hot coffee on the terrasse.
We just loved this little house and would love to come back again.

It's a lovely flat, centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Parking is a bit tricky!... Usually we parked in the square a few minutes away, which was fine.

A wonderful location! We had the pleasure of very nice weather throughout our stay, with lovely sunrises in the mornings and a full moon at night. How lucky can you be! Though being near the restaurant area, it was peaceful and quiet even at night. The apartment was equipped with more than we needed, it seemed we could easily make do here for a longer period of time. But we used the washing machine!
It is not a good place to have a car! Maybe when you get used to it.....

The location was everything and the apartment was perfect. George was helpful and friendly promptly answering any enquiries I had. I'll be back
