The ambience was almost resort-like rather than basic hotel. Food was good, lots of variety, and there were options available for vegetarian. Amenities presentation was great
The gap between shower floor and remaining bathroom floor was too thin, it caused flooding throughout entire shower. Cereal selections tasted bland. Main thing as concern was to go to actual hotel room, it requires us to pass outdoor area. It was quite a fuss if we happened to carry bulk of luggages and when it's raining

Location & decor on front office and coffee shop.
The bed on the first room was worn out, that they offered us to change room. The room is too small. I think it’s okay for a solo trip but not really for family.

Main drawback is lack of nearby transportation for quick site seeing or shopping trips. No becaks wait close by.

I like the concept of the hotel. Everything is so nice and beautiful, so memorable. I had visited Yats with partner, alone, and with friends. We all happy to be here, feels like home.
The room I stayed was very dusty. I had dust allergy so I couldn’t sleep well. Next morning complained to the house keeping, they responed very well. The room was cleaned thoroughly and I’m satisfied. The only thing that needs to be fixed was the AC. still not working properly until I checked out.

Everything from the room, garden, pool, facilities are well-designed, so beautiful.
The first time we opened the door, we immediately could smell a humid room. To clean the air, we need couple hours of air conditioning. Basically the room was clean but we can see and feel some dusty corners. The curtains of the huge window were too long, we often slipped because these curtains didn’t fit to the floor.

The hotel interior and ambience was great, our room (na) was spacious and has pool acsess. the pool was nice, very beautiful, and child friendly, it has a little stone slide. the breakfast was good although not many variants, but all taste good. all great !

Charming place, with style. So nice swimming pool, good breakfast. A little bit far from the City center so the place is more quiet and you can walk or find a becak to go i' the City center. Cosy room.
Staff not very helpfull to organise our stay and places to visit in the area. Sometime we had to wait a lot of time to receive our food for lunch.

everything was so good!! clean, good ambiance.
We can refill a bottle of water for free and I love all the breakfast foods. They have a different menu every day for breakfast.
Wifi isn’t not really strong connection for work, zoom online
