The room was gorgeous, nicely decorated (aimed at Highland tourists) with good facilities.
The en suite was sharp, and the shower was really good.
Breakfast was excellent, though we weren't given a choice for the cooked element so had to do a bit of mix and match at the table.
The bed was a wee bit creaky and a wee bit bouncy, making for a less settled night than it might have been.
There was only one accessible power socket in the room, albeit there was an extension plugged into it, making it hard to charge both mobiles - and we never worked out where we could plug in the kettle.

First stop on my solo tour of nc500. Place was spot on. Off road parking, clean and very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.
Parking at rear is sand stones, looks pretty but somewhat difficult to manoeuvre a 250kg bike, nearly dropped it a couple of times!!

From when we first arrived and Gillian met us at our car with her two friendly dogs to help us with our bags to when she served us a delicious and hearty Scottish breakfast the following morning we could tell Gillian went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in her guest house in Dingwall. The room was spacious, clean and comfy as well. The location was great - we walked to dinner and checked out the small but charming town of Dingwall. We are glad we stayed at Garfield Guesthouse.

Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Kettle provided with tea/coffee, milk and biscuits. Bed very comfortable. Slept well. Good efficient shower. Very generous tasty breakfast. Lovely outdoor area to sit. Spacious car park and very pleasant hosts.
We felt that this guesthouse was extremely good value for price charged. If we were going to be in the area again we would certainly book this guesthouse.
Dingwall is a lovely little town with various restaurants. It also has a Tesco Superstore and Lidl. It is a beautiful area and a good central place to visit other interesting, historical places.
Personally we found there was nothing negative that could be said about Garfield Guesthouse.

Great location, very nice house. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful approach from the owner. I must make special mention to the great breakfast - that really set me up for the day! Looking forward to my next step!

Ihave stopped here three times.It is perfectly located for rail station,football ground and town centre. The house is immaculate, the rooms of a good size,well appointed and very comfortable. I received a friendly welcome as always and my breakfast was splendid. I look forward to my next visit.

Friendly owner, comfortable and clean room for an overnight stay. Good breakfast, freshly cooked for you. we arrived much later than anticipated, sorry about that, but they were very gracious about that. would stay again if in area.

This was an excellent find of a property. Travelling to the area for family reasons and would normally have stayed in Inverness. This was a far more pleasant experience. Excellent value for money.
