The staff are amazng, so helpful and very kind, they bent over backwards to help me with any request. The breakfast is basic, but delicious and there's plenty for everyone.
The very, very, very loud mosque next door. So it woke me up... but the bigger problem for me was the evening since I was hosting an online meeting and I couldn't hear or be heard when the call to prayer began.

Quarto simples ( aceitável pelo preço). Não sei se é no hotel ou próximo mas ha uma rotina muçulmana de orações várias vezes ao dia iniciando as 4 da manhã. A mim não incomodou pois durava pouco mas há quem queira silêncio.
Café da manhã bem simples arroz frito e um prato de legumes e verdura ovo cozido ou frito torrada com manteiga ou geleia

Strategic location, not far from Malioboro street. Friendly staffs.
Old building. Small room even for family room. Not so clean bathroom. Beds were too soft. Breakfast was too simple and not many choices.

The personal was very very helpful, showed and told me everything i needed to know about my room. If I asked them about something they will do their best to get what you need. Shoutout to Lydia!
The thing that was annoying how thin the walls are, i could hear the other customers.

I like the location which is in the center of town. I can easily walk to nearby coffee shop at night.
The seat for breakfast is limited. The room is okay but the water pressure in bathroom is too low. I think you should improve this part. The water pressure in bathroom.

The bad review maybe because near of mosque microphone since foreigner doesnt like loud sounds, but,its worth for that price we stay there. I maybe only stay 1N but i already know that stay there with the cheap price like that is awesome la, the facilities is good, I love the hot shower, I love it very much. And the breakfast is not bad.
I rate a bit less for facilities because, i'm a smoker. The only place and where we can smoke is only in front. Its fine for me to walk outside room, but maybe not for other guest. Suggestion maybe you can add something like a smoking area ini the backside of hotel, while waiting for my girl done eating I can smoke and enjoy the coffee.

I like the location of the hotel is in the center. The room size is perfect and I feel comfy in the room. I also like the hospitality of the staff. They are very friendly and helpful.
I'm afraid of cockroaches and other types of insects. Unfortunately, I saw scary insects inside the toilet but when I reported to the staff they immediately took action by spraying. So, it was safe and sound. That's the thing that only makes me a little bit scary.

The staff service was beyond any expectations. Kind, thoughtful and personal.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The only downside were the mosque nearby interrupting sleep every dawn. Probably the same problems would happen everywhere in a muslim city.

If you love a call to prayer then this is the place for you. The paper thin walls and close proximity to the nearest mosk mean you will be up at 4am enjoying the loud mega phone providing that who needs talent or a good voice when you have enthusiasm.
Pretty sure people checking in could hear how creaky our bed was which could have been a little off putting if they don't like listening to such things. The walls are kinda thin and bed very noisy

A/C is working so well. Large room size. Hot/cold water for shower. The real value for money.
