Absolutely amazing nature, good facilities, convenient mattress. So good place to recharge internal batteries. Attentive and friendly personnel. I love this place. Not first time here.

We stayed at lux sky, it's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped (except oven). The staff is very attentive, even we had problem with the electricity, they came within 15mins (in the evening) and even helped us to change another house when the problem couldn't solved. We would come back again!

I'd avoid jacuzzi next time, as we had been stayed at 2 different houses, both hot water at the jacuzzi is barely warm and it took forever to fill up. We end up need to boil water from the hob and kettle to fill it up.

The complex as a whole. It was beautiful and its still not even finished, the accomodation was beautiful, well laid out and had all you need for a relaxing getaway if you want to stay in and use your lodge facilities we had jacuzzi bath and sauna and even made use of the firepit, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the fishing was good too.

Our sky lux didnt have an oven and we had taken food to cook meals which then all went to waste, I didnt realise it didnt have an oven when looking at the pictures of the kitchen i just persumed they all had an oven and then the days we were there sunday 4pm to wednesday, the monday and tuesday the restaurants ect are all closed which was majority of our stay as checkout was 10.30am weds, so that was a shame but it will make us book different days when going again later in the week.

Cabin was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walks by the lakes. Thai restaurant was good. All staff friendly and helpful

Kitchen equipment was absolute basic required. E.g. 4 cups, 4 glasses. Fridge was tiny and no light. A tiny amount of washing up liquid provided, no salt, oil, tin foil etc .... only 1 loo roll. It all seemed a bit mean. These seem to be standard in most self catering accomodation now and make you feel welcome. No information about the site facilities or what is in the area. This should be standard in all cabins. Lastly, unless you live on vegan burgers Jacks restaurant does not cater for vegetarians!!!

Everything! The place, the location, the atmosphere were absolutely fantastic! The food at Jack’s was great and the staff at reception was really nice.

Nothing! Everything was perfect. The first night though we had an issue with the boiler (no hot water from sinks and shower). We reported it and it got sorted that same night within a minute.

Amazing few days spent in Nature 5 suit. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great and Jacks restaurant was great, floor staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and were great with the kids too.

Only issue I can think of was the mattresses were too soft for my liking but that didn’t take away from the experience

Lovely area with potential

Run down cabins, a lot of TLC is needed. Mattress desperately needs changing. Rubbish in and around the cabin and FULL dog poo bags left by the previous customer & not removed by housekeeping on change over of customer. Despite reporting this, no change was made until I had to re-report it over 24 hours later. Damaged / Missing parasol which never got replaced. Toiletries not provided as advertised, was provided with one hand towel and no bath towels for what is a two birth cabin. Not all cabins are true to the images displayed online or on booking.com, significant difference to what is advertised.

Incredible view of the lake. The location itself was fantastic, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for a getaway. The views were simply stunning and added to the overall charm of the location. Additionally, the restaurant at the location was great. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The menu offered a variety of options to choose from and the quality of the food was impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great view and good food. Plus, points for the restaurant as it had separate (and pretty big) Gluten Free and Vegetarian menus.

They messed up, and it was really big. We reserved it for 5 people, but it was prepared only for 4 people. We arrived around 11 pm. It was very cold, and no staff could be contacted; luckily, we had family nearby who could lend us some bed linens and extra towels. The next day we highlighted this at the Reception; they said they were sorry and that they would put the items for the fifth person at the cabin, which, when we arrived later, they did not (again, we arrived late, and the reception was closed). When checking out, we highlighted this point again, and the staff just said sorry in a manner that didn't care much about the issue and the whole trouble it caused. Another point there was the Toilet door not locking! Luckily, we were all family, and we put a hanger on the door to say when it was occupied, but it was not nice, and they should have paid more attention to this detail.

Nice enclosed garden which was lovely as we had dogs. Hot tub was lovely and hot. Nice location with plenty of dog walking opportunities. Wasn’t informed that restaurant would be shut which made eating options nearby limited.

Bed was very hard, few cobwebs and marks. Sofa was also uncomfortable and could do with replacing.

Great location, great restaurants on site , peaceful , lovely grounds, super dog friendly , great cleaning lady that couldn’t do enough for us.

No customer service or management present, paid for a lodge yet we didn’t get a key for the balcony so couldn’t sit out… the lodge was super hot and no fan provided , outside of cabin needed a good wash/ getting rid of cob webs.

It was lovely for a quick relaxing weekend get away.

First night I came I got told they didn’t have my room ready as the hot tub delivery didn’t arrive so I had to go a night without what I paid for. Even though they was at fault for it they did nothing to soften the blow. They didn’t even offer anything complimentary for the inconvenience. My partner went to speak to the lady at reception the next day about them doing anything for the inconvenience and she just stared him in the face walked off and started talking to other customers which was rather rude if u ask me. Also there is a lot of building works on the site which I wasn’t aware of until I turned up in that respect I felt like it was falsely advertised.

The place itself was beautiful and the quality of the fishing was good.

There is a lot of disorganisation amongst the staff and there is the feeling that the site is a work in progress. We booked a lakeside lodge and arrived to be told we were not on the lakeside. The staff did accommodate this though because there was availability. On our 3rd day workmen arrived and started installing a hot tub in the lodge next door. Sawing and hammering for 3 days until late into the night with no apology or explanation. On the first day the workmen had a big argument with a member of staff on site and it almost ended in a fight - not what you expect on holiday. There are not enough fishing pegs near the lodges which leads to a bit of possessive behaviour, a bit like towels on sunbeds but with fishing rods. The fishing did seem to be a bit secondary to the restaurants and hot tub culture.
