The place is right on the beach, the sea is very calm due to the fact that it is a bay. Sand is clean and the sea is clean too. Amazing landscape and amazing view from the room. There is a sea taxi(boat) that goes straight from their beach to the old town of Nessebar which is absolutely a unique thing. The complex is unique itself - hardly can I believe that it is possible to find any better in Bulgaria thus it is very undervalued. We attended yoga class in the morning and suggest doing so, it makes your day more efficient. We will definitely come again!

We had the apartment on the 7th floor with 3 terraces - it is definitely worth paying extra for the spectacular panoramic views and terraces Ivan and his team spoke good English and were extremely helpful and friendly There were paddle boards and inflatables available to use on the absolutely flat water The beach in front of the hotel is much quieter than others nearby

It is an apartment complex not a hotel so some apartments have better facilities than others

Totul a fost extraordinar, priveliștea a fost una fantastică, vedere directă spre mare. Camera spațioasă. Recomand cu tot dragul.

Probably the most perfect location we found in the country. Apartments are very clean, well equipped. Staff is great, manager Sofia helped us with making a reservation in the nice restaurant nearby. Btw the restaurant on site is very great, we asked for the breakfast in our room, it was quick and delicious. We highly recommend this place.

Locatia este excelenta! Este fix pe marginea apei. Privelistea din apartamentul superior este perfecta! De fapt cred ca pe asta se bazeaza unitatea de cazare. Personalul foarte profesionist si dornic sa rezolve problemele.

Sejurul a durat 5 nopti. Curatenia a lasat mult de dorit inca de la inceput. Peretii sunt umflati de umezeala in sufragerie si bucatarie. Am avut 5 paianjeni inca vii in apartament. Cablu TV nu functiona, de asemenea nici internetul pe televizor. Nu exista toate facilitatile care sunt trecute in prezentare. (Papuci de casa nu exista, foarte putine articole de toaleta - sapun de maini si gel de dus a trebuit sa mai cumpar), doar 4 prosoape la 5 persoane - noroc ca am adus de acasa), sala de fitness sau piscina termala de asemenea nefunctionale. Apa calda in bucatarie nu functiona. Poate am nimerit noi prost dar eu scriu ce am gasit.

Apartamentul se remarca prin vederea la mare. Terasele sunt exceptionale pentru relaxare, cafeaua de dimineata cu imaginea marii si cantecul pasarilor. Am plecat cu parere de rau si cu gandul ca vom reveni. As vrea sa mentionez amabilitatea gazdei, domnul Ivan, comunicare excelenta. Recomand acest apartament tuturor care doresc o oaza de liniste si vedere la mare. Apartament curat, bucataria dotata cu tot ce este necesar, confort. Ne-am simtit ca acasa. The apartment stands out for its sea view. The terraces are exceptional for relaxation, morning coffee with the image of the sea and the song of the birds. I left with a feeling of regret and with the thought that we will return. I would like to mention the kindness of the host, Mr. Ivan, excellent communication.I recommend this apartment to everyone who wants an oasis of peace and a sea view. Clean apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you need, comfort. We felt at home.

A great complex with a very nice private beach conveniently located in Nessebar New Town. Pleasant wak to the Old Town with a few shops and bar/restaurants on the way. Krisi the host was very helpful, would recommend.
