The staff of the riad is really great, is available to satisfy all requests and to resolve Avery kind of problems. The Riad is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The architecture of the riad is very beautiful. There is a beautiful terrace for guests to see the Medina. The breakfast is very good and there are also typical food of Marocco.

Dominique,the owner was a perfect host. Tremendous efforts have been made in each and every detail of interior design! Eye cookies everywhere! Breakfast was according to individual wishes of guests and delicious culinary treats! The Riad has outstanding value.

Mahmood (I hope I got the name right) was an exceptional property manager. We arrived really late (10pm) and he kindly received us and helped us settle in. He also arranged to get food picked up for us that night. Mahmood did a thorough job of explaining the nearby sites, providing us with a very useful map. His customer service throughout our two night stay was exceptional. The Riad from inside was very beautiful, the woodwork stunning. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast sitting inside the courtyard, the most peaceful and relaxing part of our 6 day trip of Morocco. The panoramic views from the rooftop were also very stunning, both at sunrise and at nighttime (the stars and moon were clear to see).

We checked in as a family of 4. The two sofabeds of sort for the kids were narrow.

stunning original Riad with decorative wood, mosaic and cornices. Comfy beds in spacious room and marble bathroom with hot shower - pretty tiled terrace with views over the Medina. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

A bit difficult to get to as in the walled Medina of Fes but a porter delivered us and the luggage there from the carpark at the edge

Family room was perfect for our family of 4! We were also able to have our laundry done!

We had the best stay at Riad Batchisarai. The customer service from Othman, Mahmoud, and all of the ladies was over the top amazing. The room was traditional, yet it had modern conveniences like reliable wi-fi and an updated bathroom. The location was also ideal for our needs and the breakfast was delicious.

I travled a lot, but i didn't find anything more beatitul than this quiet place. the owner and workers theremake you a prince ; the breakfast is rich and irresistible , unfortunately we didn't come in orange season , but we will definitely come back again .

the building is amazing!

the breakfast could be better, some fruits and eggs. it was the only hotel in morocco where we did not get a fresh orange juice. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but they were understaffed during the morning hours (check-out and breakfast).

Our experience in the Riad was exceptional, the attention of Mahmoud and Otmane was the best, very attentive and aware of what we might needed. The place itself is amazing with a stunning architecture. The reception was excellent, with all the detailed information of the places to visit, sharing some tea making us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, the terrace with beautiful views, the breakfast was delicious and varied. Even one day we had to leave before and they had it ready for us, internet conection was good, we felt at home, without a doubt we would stay there again.

Riad Batchisarai it's the place you want to be during your stay in Fes, Marocco. We got a wonderful welcome by Otmane and Mahmood. They make feel us like at home. They were super kind, they introduced us into the Riad with a welcome tea / cake and they provided us all useful tips and advice to visit the city. They defintely were helpful and helped a lot during our city tour. The Deluxe Family room was insane. Extremely luxurious and nice. The main hall is magnificent, looking like to being on an Aladdin fairytale. The building has a roof top balcony with one of the best view of the city. Great place to stay, with a really good morning breakfast. Totally reccomended. Thank you again Otmane and Mahmood for your help and serivice. We felt like at home from beginning till the very end.

Rooftop balcony needs a couch to really enjoy and chill at the place. On deluxe family room beds were bit too hard, for my personal comfy

Beautiful riad, renovated with a jaw-dropping attention to detail. Absolutely spectacular! We had the spacious family room on the ground floor with 2 single beds in the attic. Beds were comfortable and the A/C kept us cool in daytime temps that were well north of 40C. The review would not be complete without mentioning that Mahmoud was an absolutely wonderful host. He was excellent at troubleshooting and made sure that we were very well looked after. We left on the day of Eid ul Adha (Muslim high holiday) so were a bit nervous about the airport transfer. Not only everything went without a hitch, but what really blew us away was that he called us after we had left the riad to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

Lack of conveniently located electrical outlets. Internet was slow but we had Maroc Telecom data package (highly recommended) so were able to hotspot with relative ease. The morning we left the water ran out at around 10am. Later we saw hapless locals queuing at the municipal water taps as apparently the whole city's water supply was cut off. This was obviously not in the Riad's control but since this may happen at any time, stocking up on a few extra bottles of water is recommended.

Mahmoud was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable room. Great location and only minutes from the main corridor of the market

We had a perfect stay at Riad Batchisarai. The house is located near the center but it nevertheless is very quiet, like an oasis in the busy city. Breakfast and the rooms were lovely as well. Honestly nothing!

The staff at the riad were amazing - very kind, friendly and attentive. They made sure we felt at home and arranged every request we had, including a ride to the airport at 4am, which went very smoothly! The riad itself is extremely beautiful -you can tell it is made with a lot of taste. It was a true delight marvelling at the elegantly decorated interiour as well as the terrace with great views.

The wifi was quite patchy at times, but thankfully we had local sim cards so we never lacked internet.

the property looks amazing, staff was very kind especially Mahmoud. he helped us when we arrived as my friend left her bag with passport and money in the cab (yes, very good start of the trip we just landed from London…). He advised us on the first night restaurant which was close to the hotel and the food was amazing. he also helped us with our private tour to Meknes and Volubilis. He is an exceptional person I wish him all the best. The room was very clean, the shower is huge and the beds super comfortable. breakfast is very good too. there is also a rooftop where you can admire the he medina.

Amazing accommodation! Riad Batchisarai is one of the most beautiful riads we have visited in Morocco. Also the level of the service was exceptional, the breakfast was rich and yummy and the location of the riad is just great - near by the heart of Medina, but really peaceful.
