Very friendly owner, very helpful and kind. Close proximity to the beach. Comfortable apartment.

Beautiful new apartment. Quiet place. Nice sea wiew from balcony. Very nice and helpful host. Great communication. Great service. House is few minutes walk to the beach. Max satisfaction.

Two things we would consider to add. Frying pan and large miror. Someone might miss microwave too.

Perfect and super clean apartment with very nice interior where we felt like at home! Perfectly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and dolce gusto with free capsules to start. We got also a free drinks and chocolates in fridge! Super comfy bed and very nice bathroom! Very spacious balcony with sea view! No problem with parking at all, we got keys to our own parking space few steps from the house! You don't have to worry about scratches, driving through narrow streets or driving along the promenade! We got a baby cot and baby chair on our demand - I'm not sure but both looked like the owner had taken the job and bought it for us brand new! When we arrived there was owner already with the keys and very warm welcome! Host was ready to help us with anything via whatsapp whole time! Every morning you can find very nice staff cleaning the house and ready to help with anything, f.e. with laundry. Overall, the house is incredible nice, there are nice decorations everywhere and even hall smells and looks very nice! Awesome location, it's just a few steps from the 3km beach which is one of the most beautiful by far! House is across the road but there's a comfy tunnel to get through! And what's more - last evening we got visited from very nice Mrs. owner and she brought us a few nice homemade gifts including toy for our daughter, nicely packed and even with extra batteries! If everyone would do their job as honestly as the family owning these apartments, the world would look like paradise! :-)

Can't complain to anything!

We were looking for very nice, modern, cozy, extra clean, well maintained and equipped apartment close to the beach for our family with little kids. And we got it to the fullest extent. Our host was very attentive, friendly, speaking good English and always ready to help. The common areas of the building were cleaned every day, our apartment completely once (on 6th day of our 10 nights stay). Clean towels, toilet paper etc. always stuffed and available. I think the guys there are doing pretty good job. I highly recommend Ksenija apartments if you are used to expect certain level of service and want to spend careless vacation in Tucepi.

Amazing apartments. Freshly renovated spacious rooms, nicely furbished and very light. We had a room with a direct sea view on the second floor and enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the balcony. The beach of Tucepi is, to my knowledge, the longest beach in Croatia (3 km) and you reach it in literally 1-2 minutes on foot. Secret tip: turn left if you want to avoid crowds. There is a promenade directly on the seashore with a lot of restaurants, but the apartments themselves are in a very quiet corner, so don't worry about any noise. Our hosts, Marko and Ksenija are very warm and friendly people who accommodated every our request and made our stay very comfortable. And their cake is amazing, thanks for that. :) Overall, highly recommend.
