The staff was friendly, when I met them. I checked in online and in the evening took the key out of a safe box. Location was excellent for me.

There is no elevator in the building, I was on the top floor with unfortunatly heavy books in my suitcase. The bathroom is compact and has a low ceiling - be aware of your head! The shower had no door and is very small. Puddles on the floor were inevitable. There is mold starting in the ceiling of the bathroom, I was on the top floor. Carfeul of the walls, I hit my head above the bed and in the bathroom.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 times this month. We were very satisfied with the convenient location of the hotel, clean rooms, daily room cleaning, fast Internet. We especially want to note the work of the reception staff, who always responded quickly to our requests. The staff is polite and friendly. We will be happy to come back again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very welcome and had an excellent range of items. It is conveniently located. Just a 20 min walk to the town centre and a tram stop nearby straight to the main train station.

It was hot, so we needed the windows open. A few times we had people stop, chat and smoke outside our basement window.

The bedroom was so big, the bed was pretty comfy and nice neighborhood.

Very good location for me. Room was OK. Easy to arrive late. Friendly an prompt communication by email. Excellent breakfast.

Just electronic communication. In the evening, no possibility to get/buy anything to drink. Reception was closed still at 8:00 AM. I didn't see a living person there during my stay. I had no option to pay at the property even though i was expecting that.

We sleep with the window open and the mosquitos were overwhelming.

Quiet, warm blankets, nice location, good prices, good food, hot water came at the shower in less than a minute, they also had twin bed rooms.

Very friendly staff, free parking, good sized room. Short walk into the centre. Some really nice restaurants near by. We ate at the Vietnamese up the road (cash only!)- excellent. Good value breakfast

TV remotes didn't work (but only German channels so no great problem for us mono speaking Brits) curtains didn't fit windows. No facilities to make tea or coffee but you could ask reception for a brew.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff (in particular Abdullah). Closeness of hotel to central Ulm (about a 15 minute walk). Good basic breakfast of usual kind - ham,cheese, eggs (boiled or scrambled). Good selection of bread and rolls.

Very soft, small pillows that gave little support to the head. Had we been there longer we would have asked for more.
