Clean and everything is fine. Land Lady is very nice and friendly.

No breakfast
The owner did not deliver Key the day I landed, and she did not respond. She blocked my phone and the next day she came 3 pm to hand over the key. very unprofessional and I stay one day other hotel.

The hostess was superb! Helped us with suggestions and even dropped us at the restaurant after check-in as most of the places were closed but she knew one that was still open
I wouldn't recommend it for families as it stinks of cigarettes. It is even stated that you cannot smoke in the apartment, but apparently, the previous guests were ignoring it and it had a distinct smell. I could get used to it, but for sure wouldn't stay there with kids. The confusing part was the ashtray on the balcony - why was it even there?!
And it wasn't really clean at all, felt like the socks are sticking to the floor, and under my bed found a lot of cigarette ash...

Nice modern apartment. The apartment has all that you need for your stay. Free parking in the evening just in front of the building. Close to city center(15 min by foot). Great value for money.
The WiFi was very bad. They use a repeater that gets disconnected and doesn't cover the whole apartment. The apartment is on the 4 floor with no elevator.

The photos are giving better impression but is the minimum furniture.

Well connected. Very ethnic neighborhood. Host was great, she let us check in early and got us a new coffee pot, we had a washing machine and iron available so that’s was very very helpful having three kids. The set of stairs was a bit tough if you are carrying groceries but we managed.
Couldn’t darkened the rooms enough, no blinds, just curtains that would not make the room dark dark enough, it gets bright early 😩
