Amazing for location and amenities. The staff is also lovely and careful

We loved the charm, cleanliness and helpfulness. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was delightful. We traveled with our adult children and this was their first trip to Italy. I wanted to them to experience the charm and vintage feel of Italy. And this Palazzo Rustici did exactly that.
As with almost all places in Italy, parking is difficult. However, the owner was very helpful in assisting us in parking. And, once you get the feel of the area, we managed. So this really wasn't a problem.

Beautiful palazzo in historic part of town. Parking spaces outside the property. Lovely authentic furnishings but comfortable bed and modern bathroom fittings. Owner very friendly and helpful. Shared restaurant options and maps of L'Aquila as well as tips for our next location

We were not offered the use of the hot tub/spa. Maybe it was closed for the end of season.

We so enjoyed our first visit to Palazzo Rustici B&B, we returned again. Paulo is an exceptional host that truly enjoys his guests. If you are traveling in the area, this is the perfect respite.

centrally located, spacious rooms, good beds
for breakfast and on the rooms glasses plates and are from cardboard cutlery from wood, all to throw away after use. nowadays that should be improved for the environment!

Our host was very welcoming and gave us many suggestions on what we should see in the area. Our room was very comfortable, large and spotless! We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful and spacious room, clean, perfect location. Comfortable beds.
The breakfast was not very good, served on paper plates, cappuccino in paper cups did not taste very good, the milk was probably instant. But better than Italian average. We booked for 79 euro, but were charged 99,-. The host was outgoing and gave us the price we were originally supposed to pay, which we appreciated, however it was not necessary to remind us five times to mention this in our review.

Management was very friendly, price was good and we had a great shared balcony with our friends.
It was a little hard to find and parking was unclear. Plus the furniture in the rooms was a little austere - could have used a couch or something.
