Handy and close to airport and Remarkable shopping square is right there with a bus stop that goes into town, basic accomodating but comfortable cozy rooms good value for money. Also amazing views of the surrounding mountains

I like the proximity to the airport and supermarket, simple accomodation, comfortable bed and good heating. Affordable price.

I think access to the room could be simpler (more obvious) but when I messaged the manager, I was sent instructions very quickly and accessed my room easily!

Heater in my room, clean linen.

No electric blanket, no opening window in bed room. No remote for heat pump in living area. Generally looked and felt like it needed a better clean, vacume and maintenance.

Really comfy beds, linen seemed clean and close location to the airport.

There is no letterbox or number on the door to let you know you are in the right place. There was lots of dust on the ledges and the shared kitchen was a mess with no tea towels, or working cooktop, no toaster, some utensils, no hand towels, kitchen cupboards falling off etc. Unsure if you are able to use the fridge or not. Would have been nice to have basic utilities and appliances to use - even if you bring your own food and facewashers. We asked for a later check out and was given until 11am. But on the day was told that checkout was at 10am... which I pushed back on as I had the email confirmation.

Walls need a good clean, lots of marks on the walls. Wifi was terrible, tv wasn’t working due to poor wifi.

1.Proximity to airport; 2-5 mins walking to New World & selection of cafes/restaurants. 10mins walk to airport. 2.On the bus route & taxis seemed to be abundant. 3.Room, bed & ensuite was clean warm & comfortable. 4.Huge bath towels (booked room with ensuite so couldn’t rate shared bathroom facilities). 5.Shower hot & good pressure. 6. Simple self check in. Walk in, find your room enter code at your door. 7.Cheap. Perfect for budget stays or an overnighter flying out the next morning.

1.No signage. It looks like a private home. Arriving after dark I couldn’t tell if I was in the right place. Don’t expect to see a reception or even staff. 2.Front door is always unlocked. I didn’t mind so much but safety conscious people might. Probably why under 12s are not permitted to stay. 3. Kitchen good for reheating stuff & hot drinks but needs a good scrub. Oven doesn’t work microwave is rusty. there’s an electric hot plate & rice cooker with basic cutlery & crockery but not much else. Didn’t check the fridge.

We arrived late in the evening after finding our Twin Room with a View had been double booked. The person who had checked into the room we were meant to be in gave us the phone number of a person to contact because there was no one on site. We managed to contact Bella, who arrived nearly an hour after we called her so she could sort out another room for us. Thank you Bella

Our room was double booked despite confirmation and a pin keycode given to us earlier in the day. Fortunately Bella found us another room with two single beds and its own toilet but no shower, and the off site manager/owner offered us a $50 refund which we had no choice but to agree to. This is not what we had booked and paid for 3 months earlier. The shared bathroom was disgraceful. The toilet and shower were both very unclean, urine stains around the toilet and the shower base flooded because the plug was blocked with hair and gunge. The room itself was OK but someone had left the window open and the bedside table was soaked along with the carpet behind it. There were no shared tea or coffee facilities that we could find. There was a room upstairs but it looked like someone was living there so we didn't go in. I understand we were lucky to even get another room but subsequent correspondence with Ethan has meant I am still trying to get a partial refund. He had agreed to $100 which is still not the full amount but he still has not paid and it's now two weeks later.

The kitchen was unfit for human being, the equipment was very dirty, rusty, old and mostly not working. The rubbish had not been put out for a long time. The fridge was a disgrace, out of date and left by long gone guests. The health department should close it down.

Location and a roomy, clean room.

There is no staff on site and they forgot to leave me a bath towel, which wasn’t good after a 4 day trek using DOCs huts. The kitchen stove didn’t work., but the stove & toaster in the cooking area did.

Cooking facilities were filthy. Complicated to make payment, could not pay through booking.com, had to pay through PayPal.

No plates, cutlery or small fridge. The room had not been cleaned had not been when we arrived at check in time.

it was horribly unclean. we called to have a cleaner come back and clean it, even after they’d ‘re cleaned’ it was filthy. dust on all the skirting boards, down the side of the bed and on the window sills. floors were sticky and full of hairs - hadn’t been cleaned. shower was disgusting, soap scum all over glass. toilet hasn’t seen bleach since installation with the looks of things. further to all of this, there was nowhere to put any of our stuff. despite a reasonably sizeable room, there was no furniture but a bed, tiny bedside table and wardrobe frame. finally, they boasted Wi-Fi but it it didn’t work at all.

Property forgot to send through our room access code. They did not answer emergency phone despite 3 calls. We were preparing to sleep on the floor of foyer or communal lounge! Finallt emailed at 10:05pm.
