Very clean, comfortable beds, strong shower, warm, close to beautiful lake, cooking facilities, quiet location fairly close to grocery store.

Stressy owner who made a big fuss about me not remembering which room I booked and not being able to check it as I had no mobile data. Owner wasn't helpful when I asked for directions from the train station and just continued stressing about the booking. Kept going on at me about me booking three 12 year old children when mine are younger and not triplets - am guessing was a booking.com blip but she said had never had this before and wouldnt let it go. Left me lost and in tears and relying on passers by to help me find the place (2.5km walk with kids) whilst she went to check on the booking which prevented my husband coming to help me. He was also very stressed by the situation as cant speak Polish and didnt understand what the problem was. Really unprofessional and unwelcoming. No internet access which was really difficult for us as needed to fill out locator forms prior to foreign flights. Ballustrades in house very dangerous for young children - should install different ones - ideally glass as opposed to ladders for kids to climb up or slip under. We ended up having to swap with others staying in the house in order to sleep downstairs so as to avoid the stairs.

Excellent facility that provided us with everything that we needed. They were available to meet us for our late arrival and they even prepared us a wonderful breakfast. We are vegan, so it is not easy to prepare for us. They were wonderful!
