Bed too soft for me

Spacious room, comfy bed, incredible view. Great breakfast with a view. Very nice personnel. Location is central, very convenient to get anywhere.

I was not a fan of the room decor, the photographs are very weird. The room was very spacious, which is nice, but it lacked good decor.

Great sea view, very good location, and nice staff. The room (we booked one with a sea view) was very spacious, with an amazing view over the sea just as the pictures display. The bathroom is also spacious and very modern. It is easy to reach the hotel on foot from/to the railway station. Free mineral water every day is a nice gift. The staff was nice and helpful. Free umbrellas (if needed) are available at the reception.

For a hotel of such quality and price, the coffee and tea quality at the breakfast buffet was pretty miserable. It would be great to have leaf tea and at least espresso coffee. Fish would be also an asset. The buffet is nice but if you stay a few days in a row, you see that it is always the same. Another idea is to provide guests with yoga mats, there is no hotel fitness centre, but the room is big enough to practice yoga or pilates as long as you have the mat.

no parking in the hotel building, and the breakfast area was not so clean, the tables were sticky and has a lot of oil to it. quite expensive but does not live up to standards

Great location just near the station (you can actually exit the platforms on the quayside nearest the hote). Lovely rooms. Great view. Comfy beds. We loved it. Easy to visit Copenhagen for the day on the train. Costs around 25% cheaper in Sweden than Denmark.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the ambiance! The decor and lightning was great. And the view was vast and stunning, even though we stayed on the 10th floor, which is the lowest one. The restaurant with breakfast is world class. Location was great, on a quiet, separate island that houses the university. Still just a couple minutes walk from the central station. 5-10 minutes walk from Old Town and other sights. There's a great local brewery with bar and bistro just outside the hotel across the water, called Hyllie bryggeri, where we enjoyed a bite to eat and a few of their own crafted brews in the sun. Can warmly recommend!

The shower was strangely designed. Impossible to make room for a proper shower without opening the whole cabin and splashing water over the whole bathroom. The toilet was also an annoying design with the typical german "platform". Room service had some technical limitations so they couldn't bring drinks to the room, just food. Which wasn't a biggie since you can just take the elevator to the restaurant and bring it down yourself. Should still be easy to fix. The cleaning wasn't the best we've seen. Lots of black hairs and dust on the floor around the bed.

24/7 reception was great, staff helpful, great room. Nice pack to go breakfast. Great in room dining options.

The Sky Bar is too expensive

It was our second stay at this hotel, we really love their comfy beds and pillows! The windows were clean this time so you get the perfect sea view and can take nice sunrise pictures. The breakfast is great - they even have waffles! There was never any shortage of food or place to sit for the whole week - don't get scared by some comments here :) We were rather late for breakfast and never experienced any problems. The location is perfect - you can easily get to the sea or city centre by foot. And all the staff is very polite and helpful!

The staff behaves as working there is a punishment for them; breakfast - terrible! No place to move around; everything was missing all the time - no plates, no glasses, no cutlery - there was a line of people waiting for plates and after 5 minutes the waiter finally brought 4 (!) plates, meanwhile there were over 10 people in the line; sticky tables. Room could be cleaner as well. I do not recommend staying there - it is just a waste of money! There are other hotels in Malmo - cleaner, nicer and much cheaper.

A bit expensive

The bed was extremely comfy! Gorgeous view. Great location. There are a lot of people who wrote here about the lack of place during the breakfast. We stayed here 3 nights, and never experienced big crowds. We chose the last or next to last time slot for the breakfast, but the choice of the food was always good. And there were waffles too! I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Malmö!

Would be great if the windows were cleaned from the outside from time to time to fully admire the great view of the sea. The elevators can be tricky as there were times when we had to make a round "tour" because the stuff used priority card and we just had to go to different floors before the buttons would work for us.
