We liked the location and the facilities were large. We liked the private, secure parking. The house has charm and great outdoor space.

Kitchen could use a few more things like bowls, dishtowels and inside trash can.

Rita and Michael were very friendly host and we received very warm welcome even we were much sooner arrived in place .we had lovely stay in casavacanza peperosa .place is near to everything that need and Rita was every time reachable via WhatsApp for helping us if we had a question .we wanted to see Rome and Vatican city too in our trip and it was very easy with train to Rome .having private parking was very nice and convenient .we very much enjoyed our vacation .

Extremely friendly atmosphere from correspondence started to handing back the keys. Very helpful host. Lovely little place.

All was perfect

Just a small remark. There was some parfum ambiance, it was too strong.

The hosts met us at the train station and took us to the residence. The offered to take us to hot springs, pharmacy and the cruise port. Provided great recommendations about local stores and pizza shops. The apartment was comfortable with a great enclosed deck, a washer, well supplied kitchen and terrific living spaces. The hosts live next door so they are available for requests.
